Rokkinroll Rub - A Modern Delicacy - From: Recipes For and From the Soul

The recipe here is to be used on the meat of your choice which you are supposed to with the palm of your hand work hard into the product and then it should be stored in tupperware for one to three days to let these flavors blend with the meat.

4 Rokkinroll's Hot Rub simply add 4 teaspoons of crushed hot red pepper preferably Cayenne.

1/2 tsp of celery seed

2 and a half teaspoons of coarse sea salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper

3 teaspoons of raw cane sugar can substitute for diabetics sweetener of choice

2 teaspoons onion powder

1/2 ounce of turmeric equal to 5 teaspoons

3 teaspoons of dill weed

6 teaspoons of cumin

5 teaspoons paprika

1/2 tsp of caraway seed

4 teaspoons of flax seeds

6 teaspoons of chia seeds

4 teaspoons of ginger or 8 teaspoons depending on your own taste

4 teaspoons of sesame seeds orate match to the same amount of ginger
salt

Ginger can be optional as this is an absolutely incredible rub without it.

Just remember you are your kitchen's artist and you are the artist designing and making your own food so use that memory and those taste buds to take in each and every bite as you're thinking whatever is that is the power above you believe in and you are nursing your body with the healthiest of choices no longer picking and choosing all of the bad things but realizing that the truth is in the fuel we decide to put into our bodies and then the fun and exercise we used to have so that we can stay up with everybody else because we're all trying to hang out together nobody's trying to get ahead don't be sick and delusional when you eat the garbage food get healthy that's the truth. Grind All ingredients well.

When applying rub to the meat you may want to add coarse sea salt to your liking as you learn the recipe this coarse sea salt helps prepare the meat better so that the recipe of the rub will absorb well and deep into the meat.
