These outbursts upon society worldwide is in itself, evident proof of leaving a majority of a populace far lagging behind, left in a life of no hope !!!.. where to act out as such would only be a natural primal response when under such stress/duress.
When we smash the ego, only then can we serve others, and until then, you will serve yourself in perfrct correlation yo the inflammatory size of your ego.
Groups only magnify these concerns, most often, and its at this time of failure we must resort to basics.
Work a principled program or religion within, and serve others more, yourself less, and watch the problems start to evaporate.

I've friends of ALL walks of life, all religions all nations, all beliefs, ad infinitum... and I AmHurting Deeply within to observe, so very closely as a watcher, the destructive nature the majority plays into, unrealized how completely manipulated they are as xivisions only are drawn deeper and deeper, not yearly, not monthly, not daily any.ore, but exponentially by the minutes that pass in the present moment.
Disconnect from the chaos and find the frequency that brings only comfort in your life, and stay in this place as you strengthen and heal. FAITH is your Armour, prayer your sword. Will, your choice. Consequence, your lot.
Think through everything, never acting in a triggered moment in any way, unless prepared to pay this pri e for your action.
