"Maynard" James Keenan

Maynard was born to a Baptist family and grew up with an older sister in Ravenna, Ohio; which is described by one of its residents as a "lower middle class town with no purpose". Maynard attended Brown Jr High and then Ravenna High school through the 10th grade until he moved to Michigan. There he attended Mason County Central High School in Scottville, MI. By the time he entered the army, in 1982, he had lived in Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas.

Maynard was a member of the United States Military Academy ("West Point") prep school class of 1984 (which means he was there from the summer of '83 until May '84). When we smash the ego, only then can we serve others, and until then, you will serve yourself in perfrct correlation yo the inflammatory size of your ego.

Groups only magnify these concerns, most often, and its at this time of failure we must resort to basics.

Work a principled program or religion within, and serve others more, yourself less, and watch the problems start to evaporate.

It's easy to trigger a majority when you put them ther to start with and especially when you know what they are thinking and doing, precisely.

It's okay to think for yourself, and its okay to learn how to do so,  but a mentor is a far better path than one without, when and if a choice is present.

How much you each individually speak out about politics and your very specific thoughts and word choices are direct mirror images of your internal self, your health, your wealth (spiritual, not $$$ in my Father's House)... you are showing your true self and I still self fulfilling prophecy... SELF FULFILLING !!!

..forget religious lingo, spiritual lingo for a moment. Think of yourself as your dearest beloved, and how would you like them to treat you ?

Now read this from that perspective and evolve your soul this instance. One less violent act or phrase of anger is the beginning of the stopping of the repeating cycle, being pounded like a wardrum, by ALL sides !!!!!!!

I've friends of ALL walks of life, all religions all nations, all beliefs, ad infinitum... and I AmHurting Deeply within to observe, so very closely as a watcher, the destructive nature the majority plays into, unrealized how completely manipulated they are as xivisions only are drawn deeper and deeper, not yearly, not monthly, not daily any.ore, but exponentially  by the minutes that pass in the present moment.

Disconnect from the chaos and find the frequency that brings only comfort in your life, and stay in this place as you strengthen and heal. FAITH is your Armour, prayer your sword. Will, your choice. Consequence, your lot.  

Think through everything, never acting in a triggered moment in any way, unless prepared to pay this pri e for your action.

What are your must own/have minimum items to feel secure and functional while lightening your collected debris from life as you get organized further.

Think along the lines of functional, logical, rational downsizing.

What would you start get to g rid if possession wise first in general as a rule of thumb, not specifically.

I'm looking g for further guidance and inner philosophy so that can be more useful as and where needed and have a much less cumbersome life I greatly and enjoy and have created, however now while healthier than ever and healing, must maximize immediately.

I'm thankful for so much to single out anything or one person or many would be a skao in the face to so many, because I've been that project of others countless, and I thank you to at least make me feel within as though thriving and rest for life and an of its challenges... most of all thankful to be settling within and spending time where it counts most of all. 

It's been a painful few years in more regards than I care to speak about, and we heal, and the pain, as the ocean "we" share together ebbs and flows, lifes beautiful rhythms... I'm deeply thankful for those I spend most of my time with, and I'm working harder and more determined to make a beautiful life ahead to share.

Do does... guess what, in early 2020, there will be a virus threat the world will feel the shock of all at once, when for the first time in recorded human history, the human beings of the earth acted more as "an organism" (hive-mind) instead of indiscriminately.

We have the technology and ability today to make the greatest and most effective and most efficient decisions that can be to the benefit of mankind, and we should figure out compromise.

What preserves nationality...

...while removing the obstacle that is the nation states itself, concerning international trade ?

If government was out of trade, and instead left trade to regulators of an international governing body, where all profits were spilt by percentage based on ALL participating in the international program as well as at a rate in exact correlation to their raw inputs up front.

There could be nation states that offer country x more funding as a growth gift, if business planning dictates it fits the mission of the program.

We must learn how to carefully separate business from national politics and international politics and have separate governing bodies, such as the federal government in the United States and then the state and then the local jurisdiction and respectfully so in that order do we know that it's federal law always trumps state law which always trumps local law, and if we would follow a similar philosophy started entertaining some ideas like I have outlined, only is really hypothetical thoughts to kind of get the ball rolling, then you would think that instead of tragedy right now we start looking at all of this as opportunity because it's so very important to stay positive even in the face of tragedy. It is better for our immune system if we are positive, again even in the face of absolute tragedy.

In every tragedy is great opportunity that did not exist before hand.

The enemy will most certainly use tragedy against their foe. We are well aware of that and have been for thousands of years and therefore plan against these times such that we will be safeguarded and we should all now brainstorm and cross-pollinate our ideas together more so than ever and focus.

Social media itself and smartphones are something that should truly be completely redone, and the parallel platforms that are launching all around us will give alternatives where none existed before. you generate the most valuable product in the world and that is data sets. All of your actions that are recorded digitally when collectively held together and analyzed are almost incalculably valuable.

I absolutely always demand that the Constitution of the United States of America and its inherent Bill of Rights remain intact and that all else should be philosophically thought through carefully and then built upon this solid foundation to only compliment our country, and right now we have people trying to tear it all down from within and from the outside also. Multiple factions from within and multiple factions from the outside, this is just not a one prong attack by One pho but rather multiple prongs uncoordinated and coordinated both, and multiple foes !!!

Philosophically speaking, why do people not like the truth about the same amount as change?

Is it because they are one and the same?

Each person lives in their own universe. We live in parallel universes. We can share something and have completely different perceptions about it, let's say a concert for example. How are universes are not all identical! The universe itself is but the inner universe within, our perception is different for every single one of us.

Change is not congruent with what you are comfortable with today nor is truth and there is the bottom line.

If the ego is agreed to only think and serve itself, and you know you have an ego, and some of us know we have huge egos, is an ego something we need???

Capitalism itself doesn't promote ego, but marketing sure does and I know a thing or two about marketing. Practical marketing in real life meaning-making a lot of money running a marketing department, not so much from the aspect of studying economics although I did a touch of that.

Today if we think about politics there are essentially left and a right and everybody has already chosen one side versus the other or just stays out of politics altogether so we won't even regard them in this particular hypothetical because that's what this is in the reading universe. In the outside world yes, of course, I'm concerned with every single life and I don't ever want that misunderstood... so back to the hypothetical... What if we all decide to be quiet like the folks that choose to not verbalize their politics. It's truly an exercise in maturity and self-discipline. If you think your mouth running has done anything positive for the last decade, and I mean really now think about this, the people that run their mouths have been running their mouths for a decade now, so have you really seen the world around you become a better place or not because everybody will agree with you... it's falling apart.

The truth is it doesn't matter if you are on the left side or the right side there is not a right side and a wrong side. If you are indeed reading this, and therefore alive when concerning the consumption of nutrients, which are our bodies building blocks for maintenance and restoration and rejuvenation, shall we choose building blocks to eat or building blocks that are dead or both perhaps?

Here I will outline in first simple detail what I think to be the case, and then I will go about my research to either support those assumptions in my original hypothesis or be it's the largest opponent, if the evidence, as both empirical and subjective, is reviewed through my research and mentally scrutinized, shows different.

Not always the case, but at least more often then not, we may think one way because it simply seems to follow along with what we all term a certain intuition.

Sometimes, however, when open-minded and thinking through a problem, we find something seems to fit a paradoxical order of sense and surprises us all.

I do not think that will be the case here, however, I again, believe anything may exist, and the honest truth is, I believe or lean a certain way or direction already, so I want to be mentally clear and open-minded from this point forth to further asses this idea, not my own at all, but none the less, look at it from the views as such reported and recorded as well as with perhaps an enhanced perspective, through the modern eyes of science in this year 2012.

I will also state that I am mostly interested at this particular point in time to focus solely on human beings, however, other organisms could be either included or researched (with already garnered knowledge, or new knowledge from research that is not harmful or restraining to any wild animal in the best of all case scenarios) along this journey of exploration.

I am at forty-four confronted with a disintegrating spine basically. I have slipped disc in all three regions, known as cervical, thoracic, and lumbar as so herein referenced from this point forward.

I have spinal stenosis in all three regions.

I have a broken lumbar vertebra.

I Have leaking spinal fluid.

I have three to four cervical vertebras the doctors want me to fuse immediately, however, I am walking and functioning better now then I have for a while, however very guardedly, as in a moment I may just bend to pick up something I have dropped like the newspaper or a guitar pick, and wham, I am stuck and in unbearable crippling pain, and sometimes have been unable to walk.

So I think positive healing thoughts, try my best to get lost deep in my music and heal, and I think of being thankful for what food I have, and try to plan to have food that is always healthy by making better choices and eating more properly.

My hypothesis comes to mind from a deeper perspective and motivation because it comes from the dire and desperate spirit of a man that wants to live longer. stay walking and youthful, and for now, not have surgery at all as I stay at least this well.

I am awaiting laser surgery techniques and the use of synthetic parts to maybe be a more viable option in the future, and so, therefore, cannot help find myself immersed at times reading up on all of my conditions, as well as the new science and technology being developed and utilized right now, that is legitimate.

In medicine, and this is not to state that laser back surgery procedures replace all otherwise known as conventional operations in their own very greatest complexity, however, there are arising alternatives that are far less invasive with modern endoscopy and other imaging available, which I believe will be in real-time more and more often.

For example, I just finished my Oolong tea with natural honey and lemon, and I am now sipping on 4 cups of turmeric/ginger honey and lemon infusion. A teaspoon of each, steeped 10 minutes, honey, and lemon added afterward to personal taste and desire.

This is the first time I added a cup tsp of cinnamon, and it is the most soothing drink I have ever had in every way.

Satisfies deep and rich like coffee without the aggressive body jolt of stimulating caffeine, and also equally as satisfying as any other it tickles the tea sensation center just right too.

So when I can I start my day like this, or start at least a part of my day like this, and it is soothing while I type like right now for example, or when I am listening to any music.

There is something deeply satisfying about the earthy tones along with the sweet and sours just properly blended that are titillating to the mind.

Better yet perhaps, I really feel my pain lessen quite a bit, and with their inherent properties, it only makes sense.

And four cups of this a day does the trick, and at the times I cannot afford it (which I am planning around for the future as I will mail order this in bulk at a much better price from a reputable company) I feel the difference and want a Motrin, but I try my best to not use them, as I have taken them a long time off and on and I at least want my organs to have a break from the harsh chemicals that most pharmaceuticals have proven to be to so many unpredictable varying degrees, that I just want to find the way to health, restoration, and a future of freedom from a dependency on the mentality and availability of modern medical science that has become so ingrained.

I do think I am witnessing a change however and believe that most folks are looking for legitimate alternatives, and this is a great thing for us all if we proceed forward learning an sharing what we find so others may choose what works best for them.

At other times in life, of course, I am 100% for many medical procedures and perhaps some medicine too, however, it is not what I choose first no matter what when I am alert and able to decide.

So at this point, perhaps you think what I have written is not true, and I would not blame you on many levels, however, my doctors do not think I should walk, and as I did not write this particular issue specifically earlier, the cervical area of my neck shows in my M.R.I that I have massive spinal cord compression and somehow my neck has a bend in the spine from a side view that is approaching ninety degrees!

I have seen a few doctors with huge unbelieving eyes because I am walking and pretty mobile when they see me (they have never seen me at the bad times though and will not offer a cell # to make a house call, where I choose to stay and heal through)t, you should see there expression when I ask if I can ski in Colorado still.

That's just me, always trying to stay positive, and usually even more so when it is a must, perhaps less so through smaller of life's events, but that is for another time perhaps.

As with other sections in my blog, I will update this, but I will publish as I go along, and you can check back for updates be they from my personal experience or research I find that I want to share that others have done and thence reported on.

I am also not a doctor, and what is written here is simply my personal observations and research the best I can share it and should be discussed with your personal doctor before you entertain any aspect of herbal remedies.

Livestrong is a plethora of personal knowledge for better life and maintenance and prevention as well as restoration and rejuvenation.

However, it is the best database I have come across that always has an answer or information when I am personally formulating a plan or strategy when it comes to any health or nutrition and it typically follows right in the guidelines of what any reasonable doctor would desire for a patient.

Here is another thing that has helped just me personally. Well, others too of course, but really just read about this and if it makes sense when you listen to your body, try to get off the stuff for a week or two and watch how your boy starts to respond like when you were years younger.

That is what I am looking for in all of my food.

I am run down, old, and beat the hell up!

If you are not there personally, great, and enjoy yourself by all means, but if you start to slow down, I hope these words ring back into the forefront of your mind with the greatest of ease.

The other thing I never get tired of and can never do enough of, which is sometimes quite often, other times less often, is hiking or taking walks.

I like very long walks for a few hours and I usually like to explore along the way!

The exercise for me is really just an added benefit to the fun of exploring.

My point is just finding that physical activity where your body is moving along and that is aerobic in nature, meaning just using more oxygen while the heart speeds up and the body is exercising through life and that is not so much work for you as much as it is a pleasure and start your exercise from there.

Again. always talk with your doctor first too.

Proper planning makes for a better harvest and time that may be better utilized as you like, so it always makes sense to me personally.

Is there such a thing as dead nutrition?

From what we often read today in 2012. it certainly seems to be the case, however just because something is, let's say cooking, does that mean it's nutrition died?

I would think it just changed forms perhaps at the most extreme, and in the least extreme case perhaps became somewhat less nutritious.

I say do your own research and draw your own conclusions.
