Would you allow police / law enforcement access to a cam located at your residence of ownership, if they provided the cam, maintenance, and monitoring... thus leaving you no responsibility other than to ensure it's well being on your property and the opportunity to help better provide both a direct and indirect deterent to crime and criminals within our city ???
