My guess is that QANON is electronic surveillance, with top secret clearance and of course a person behind the camera, to ensure that the President is safe, and that if anything happens to him, that there will be serious repercussions. The amount of information that is being revealed by QANON, that is 100% correct every time, is hard to believe for most...but so is soooooo much in this day and age where the people have been lead astray far too long. Justice is finally starting to bear a smile again, slowly and with growing confidence, perhaps the time to be even safer more so!!!
Furthermore, trust me any microphone or any camera across the internet of things can be activated by QANON, without a doubt.

I would also say that there is artificial intelligence combined with a lot of this as well. If you do your due diligence you will see that artificial intelligence does indeed already exist.
