Finished yesterday off with an additional 20 push-ups for a total of 40. Now to hit at least 20 every other day.

Why is it so hard for us to get motivated sometimes to take 1 minute to exercise and breathe ???

The more I heal, the less I want to put it off because I'm returning to the me that departed a couple of decades ago.

When your heart is ill, your ambition and your drive is stolen followed by all that preceded it, the self included.

We definitely cannot make up for lost time, but at any moment we can make the rest of the time that we spend in this realm far better for ourselves if we just make sure each decision we make is health-minded.

Equilibrium is critical, so please do not overlook the multiple types of
health that need to remain in balance in respect of another for life.

Do you know the early warning symptoms to heart disease?

Please read them and if you do not get the answers from your doctors that you think you should be getting keep pushing until you find the doctor that is going to help you and if you need help in that fight because you were weak and not driven, you must, I implore you, find somebody to speak on your behalf that is a loved one and knows precisely what all of your wishes are in these regards.

For 20+ years I complained of severe night sweats that left my bed completely soaking wet under all of my body. this would happen when I was absolutely perfectly healthy otherwise and didn't even feel anything else out of the ordinary, and it also happened when I was sick and felt terrible too. It was not all the time but it was regular and dependable enough to know it would happen if a couple of times a month at least. but still no tell tale signs beyond my complaints made it very difficult to pinpoint further what cardiological problems I was suffering precisely. since the implantation of my pacemaker and defibrillator unit, I have not sweated like that one single time ! I've had a normal sweat that makes your shirt damp because I've had a cold, and that's all.

The lack of drive and ambition and the general malaise, formally diagnosed as chronic joint fatigue which I am positive is attributed to my heart disease now just by feeling from before and alone after this event and surgery.

It's a tough way to learn so much about the medical field, but my life depends on me understanding to the best of my ability that which will help me to survive, and that is unfortunately and both fortunately the diseases that seemed to both rule and even direct my life to a huge degree, without a doubt.

I don't ever think I was as naturally a compassionate man, except for the suffering I have experienced first-hand in such a multitude of ways I wish on absolutely nobody.

The true warrior is always ready for, and embraces, the ultimate peace so fought for. If you don't embrace your ultimate piece, you've not fought yet hard enough, or even close. The heart of the warrior fights only for life and its sustenance, and never only for Darkness.

After half a century living, I was fearful of death, and through this documented Death and Resurrection I know eternal life for myself exists, and I promise this now to you.

I fear nothing looking forward and I embrace all of this journey fear of this Earthly realm, and that which I know for certain will be next again when I return back there, as I have here... A space-time shifter through the positive and negative flow of life and death, the cycle of currents.

It's the working poor got a 50% raise, what would that do to the economy overall and why?

Should anyone be penalized or lose any benefits for earning more money, and if so which ones and why?

Common sense says if the state is going to take some of your benefits because you earn more, it would only be wise to do this if it would only cost less. One argument is that when people make more and lose assistance, then it costs more for the state to support them because they need assistance still even though they might lose it. The point being is that eventually somewhere in the end the money needs to show up because people have been living on deficiencies.

Does anybody know precisely what the state formula is for different types of benefits and where I can find these formulas?

Delegate Mike McKay, Rural Lawmaker of the Year, Statement on Maryland's Passage of the Maryland Minimum Wage Increase

$15 minimum wage passed the Maryland House of Delegates mostly down party line after a lengthy debate. Logically this bill makes no sense and has already been a detriment to Maryland’s economy. Small business in neighboring states will now have an unfair labor cost advantage over Maryland small businesses.

On the floor, I spoke against the bill becuase of the "Cliff Effect" this would have on families at this level of income. Allegany County medium household income is 41,000. Benefits to help cover the cost of basic needs are based on Federal poverty levels. The Federal poverty level for a single parent with two children is $20,240 or 9.81 per hour / working 40 hours per week, year around. Please note Maryland can not control this level or amount of the benefit from the Federal government.

Therefore, at 12.60 per hour, food stamps are lost. At 13.54 per hour, straight Medical Assistance is lost. At 14.42 child care subsidies are lost. Our votes have consequences. The result? Parents can earn more without improving their financial situation. The $15 per hour in Allegany County actually will hurt the people the bill stated it was to help, or was it?

Unless Maryland plans to back fill the federal dollars in benefits taken away from this bill, for a worker to avoid the "Cliff Effect" they will need to make $21 per hour to make up the cuts  in benefits. So did we really help the people I represent. Maybe in Howard County where the medium household is 140,000 or was that really the intent of the bill to keep the rural counties poor.

Cyborg Steve On & Upon the Net of Things

I'm still pretty damn sick with this flu or cold or whatever it is that's in my chest net to but this is the first time in six and a half months I've been able to burn down to energy for 12 hours plus straight and still feel as strong as I did when I woke up.

Are you into 20 push-ups today and I could have knocked out 20 more a few minutes afterwards but I promised myself slow gradual steps towards healing.

It is so incredible that my mind is firing on all cylinders again, but still a lot of tuning in finagling to do.

They rebuilt me faster, stronger, better than I was before.

I was partial, my name is Steve.

I could relate because my very first memory is an airplane wreck. Steve Austin was in the tragic jet crash that almost cost him his life.

He will be the first bionic man.

I strangely forgave all my debts before August of 2018 when I died. It was kind of strange that I was spared. It's quite beyond kind of strange. I was given fentanyl, and profenal, andketamine and I was out of this world but I was still here to and communicating with the professionals. Clearly and articulately most of the time. Comedically, I think I interlaced all of my conversation with them with about a million different impersonations I will do from time to time when I feel a little more inspired and less self-conscious. It's very hard to be self-conscious when you're not inside !

I don't think we launched into that future that awaits to rapidly, because human beings just cannot accept change too fast, yet...It is shocking injuring to the body, the spirit, the mind, and trust me all of that takes an incredible amount of energy away and even more to restore !!!

We are on the cusp of delicate balance upon a tightrope that lingers over an event horizon, and it's the most incredible view I've ever known. Pictures of the Earth from space once breathtaking are now just a marble in the air.

Why do we so often put our children that go to public school into school buses that most often don't have seatbelts, however we pay fines to the same entities that fine us for not wearing our own seatbelts in our own vehicle?

Should we let children on the back of motorcycles not wear helmets for whatever reason, but demand that the driver of the motorcycle does?

Why do we consistently settle for such idiocy?

Heart Disease and Changing Protocols of Medicine

After over 20 years, it seems bizarre to feel my heart beat regularly all of the time, finally, again.

The surging oxygen has had an incredible healing effect but I have so far to go.

I cannot help but wonder how many other people suffer precisely how I did without having the problem addressed properly.

Sadly, our diagnostics are still lacking in these regards concerning heart disease but we have made great leaps and bounds towards incredible progress.

I knew I needed a pacemaker and I knew I was ill and I knew I was dying, but try to convince your doctors of that withoutI knew I needed a pacemaker and I knew I was ill and I knew I was dying, but try to convince your doctor's of that without definitive evidence beyond the diagnosis of heart disease and conditions I had beforehand.

my heart problem is intermittent and very hard to pinpoint and perhaps today finally at long last we will be able to have technology we can take home that's more convenient and less expensive and even more accurate than a holter monitor, so that these events can be caught Auto record.

The first symptom to takosubto syndrome for most people is death.

That fits perfectly with my story above doesn't it?

Multiple Impossible Conjoined Anomalies or A Miracle & Who Inherits the Earth

God is SO GREAT he lifted me above my own sin !!!

I was only spared because in limbo my only thought that consumed me was love, as I at the same time wondered, and desired,  how will I make my return to that love missed and shared and yet fulfilled???

I think I just started speaking from my bed of death, from where a moment earlier I was dead .

I believe everybody was done in that all activity around me and upon me had ceased. I was gone, so it was thought.

I knew then it was time to rise and as soon as I desired to return to the love that I knew and the love that I further desire to, in that instant I awoke.

When the professionals... I guess kind of upset and trying to figure out what to do next because watching Death is never easy, no matter what we might think of those poor individuals that must observe such shattering loss after such a struggle that they gave when they offered everything they had to try to save another... And I've never had such admiration... well I just started speaking to gasps of shock and utter amazement and disbelief.

I spoke over top of at least three super massive heavy duty anesthetics. Next during my surgery/procedure. Again, to shock and utter amazement and gasps... especially when I explained that my defibrillator pacemaker unit was now connected, and then again when it started to download some updates. Huge gasps of disbelief!

God is so great he saved a wretch like me to prove that even you can be lifted to heaven in time.

I did not survive alone in a vacuum, there I certainly found death already.

I was only lifted by the help of others, as there is no other help in this realm of this particular type. when I say this realm, I mean to not discount Faith at the same token at any price !!!

When my strength returns more through feeling which I pray upon patiently, I will verify the statements above but I already know they are truth.

Everything I remember so far has been confirmed and none of it is even believable !

I'll just say this, only 6% of those that suffer a sudden death heart attack from takosubto syndrome survive.

My doctors thought I broke my neck after I fell down the steps also. C5 and C6 are dislocated still and over 10 years ago the doctors, meaning my neurosurgeon and my neurologist recommended immediate fusion, which I worked very hard to overcome and by time for better surgery I knew is being pioneered through my diligent studies.

Now I also had Ischemic strokes at least ahead of time if not during all of this event.

I also had a concussion.

I had CPR and then the defibrillator was used on Lee I'm almost certain three times, definitely twice at least. I think it was three times and then they gave up because I was dead, not because they gave up but because that's what happens, it's the natural normal and beautiful progression towards rebirth end purpose and meaning as we transition intp the next realm.

When you look at each LinkedIn my event, they are all statistical anomalies if you survive. How many anomalies conjoined can one survive?

Are there a certain amount that would constitute a true miracle?

To me the miracle is modern science in the incredible medical staff that saved my life did from the very special angels that answered at the 911 call center to the first responders did the very last people that saw me at home after I was returned to my life at home. Every single person that had anything to do even if it was just administrative and they never saw my face, has helped to save my life. Your mission in life is not well appreciated to you, but please know that this man here will never ever forget what was offered me.

Mankind's Rebirth, At Long Last ~ I Am Returned, Thankful and In Peace, A Warrior Still

This country of The United States of America and its citizens is the most beautiful expression of the pursuit of happiness that has ever existed in the recorded history of mankind.

It is time to soon come together and lift the entire world around us, all finally United, in the pursuit of solving the greater worldly problems that affect positivity of mankind and will turn us for from the negativity we have all somehow dwelt in too long.

This current CRISIS IS KILLING your families, all !!!

You'll be too numb to see what is happening around you, in fact you probably already clearly are.

You'll be pummeled into a corner where you just want to protect yourself. You will not be able to stand up for others any longer. We will be powerless like you don't have a clue yet.

I've been utterly powerless for well over two decades. Looking backwards at life, it starts to make far more sense, and I am thankful to the god of my understanding that I met mr. Arthur Menke, and Auschwitz survivor.

If you're offended by those that value life, trust me, your life is now at stake.

I have faith in something far above mankind. I push forward through the most incredible challenges, as we each do, for life and that pursuit of happiness guaranteed as a promise, a right of life !!!

I never thought I would see such a struggle in my lifetime, but I remember deep down inside that deep deep terrible pain is the precise cornerstone to spiritual growth, or the precedent to death.

May we each learn to bite our nasty tongues.

My focus is my tongue, my home, my family, my friends, my community and outward from my focus this shall radiate and a new beauty will begin to grow finally at once and we can leave this absolutely hideous chapter behind.

If you think I hate you, you are probably farthest from the truth yourself in your thoughts. I hold no hate in my heart and I only stand for justice. I only stand for justice so that you will be served well, not ill, as you have been.

I pray that all will gain sight through unity.
