Today I watch the survivors.

I went to Aldi in Frostburg and it looked to me that by the rate at which people looked a little lunatic, and the amount of things that we're going off the shelves, and comments I made pfishing well talking to other customers, I see that today we were the survivors of what's to come. I saw determined people that have plans and are definitely fierce folks that you do not want to mess with but at the same token the exact leaders you want thinking and planning ahead for everybody else because there's a determination here and it didn't look like crazed and greed but it definitely is a different breed and it knows not a color nor a face it's wholly & holy something within.

I grew up at least a weblo I think I became a boy scout, I'm quite unsure, however Always Be Prepared. Of my father's and brother's Walk of Life,... Duty, Honor, Country. It struck me the other day as I wanted to make fun of somebody's alcoholic drinking and was then warned by Facebook that Facebook knows precisely exactly who that kind of remark would be a threat to, the alcoholic.

So when it's said that it's amazing what they know about you and you already know, just imagine what else they know... Well do you see how this reality is now been pointed out.

If you tried to do this to somebody in a different context or in a way that it just didn't apply or was obviously funny you wouldn't get the warning and you would also realize to buy Facebook status at gathering that that person was not an alcoholic.

Facebook knows exactly who each and every one of you actually is and it's not Facebook that's just the name of a corporation it's the quantum computer that interprets all the data sets and whoever has access to all of those output folders.

If we were on a blind journey, those folks that have those folders have road signs essentially.

They already know where we are going and they are waiting for us, for our cash.

If I were to depart tomorrow, this is the first time in over twenty years I feel like my city, my County, my state, and my country are all headed in the right direction.

Now, we have to all come back together as a people stronger than we have ever known, and emotionally mature political Mass ready to grow.

We have painfully cross-pollinated ideas and there has been much hurt and some have truly already paid the greatest Price and it's now time that we return to A Great Healing.

It's as simple as just showing up at every place you need to and doing the best that you can and don't complain and don't hate upon other people and realize if you carry ate it all you need to address something within yourself and I promise you if you don't it will make you ill. 

At least let my life make that painfully clear to others.

I keep thinking that my life is going to get back on the trajectory of what I dreamed when I was a child but I suppose those days truly forever gone however, destiny has always given me much better than even what I thought my greatest of dreams would if turned reality.

It is okay to cry and to purge the chemicals of the body outward and forever gone to no longer bring great and negativity into your life stealing your energy as their vampire is upon you.

You must want to live in order to survive and rally want to, and work harder now than anything ever before in your last few, or you will ascend it cycle... don't think fail.

Has there ever been a medication designed to promote sweating or increase one's sweat output or to make one sweaty consistently such that it would purge toxins from the body ???

I was a wrestler and I was always the first person with a spot on my shirt from sweat and I was always drenched pretty quick and I mean head to toe and sweat with Julie drip off me people hated it I'm sure and I also and pretty physical as far as I'll beat you up with my forehead in my elbows and all the pointy places of the body because you're allowed to when you wrestle if your tactful. You have to stay within the rules.point being you get to know yourself pretty well and I sweat like a freaking pig for real but I'm thankful for it...

I'm thankful for because all these years that I've spent ill I truly think it's helped my body purge out terrible toxins. When I had my heart attack and stroke and viral sepsis and lactic acidosis etcetera it took a little while for everything to start working well again because my organs had shut down. I remember a nurse telling me what happened. She was still shocked I was alive much less talking and processing... And really well too...lol

I always just get back to the start about I'm happy when I start sweating and I know hospitals are kept at a certain temperature for a reason but also when you are low on iron and really really critically ill if your hydration level is carefully watched I don't see how it wouldn't hurt to sweat like crazy.

Before my kidneys and my liver and everything started responding better and better it took time and for what? For the body to cleanse itself.

I think it painted a picture for me of the importance of my pain here to show me perfections there.

After 50, I think anybody feels like they have truly lived through hell. Is it hard to believe that we might be there? What matters is that we are going to cycle until we ascend.

Is money a tool and is it better to sit there by itself for properly invested with transparency and diversification etc.?

The truth is is that it is a terrible suffering society today and we have the largest recorded population in recorded history headed into retirement and I have been saying this over and over because I want people to understand if they think they have it bad now, you might not realize what's imminent and it's going to be tougher than you can imagine.

Please don't intentionally hurt others with such pure ignorance. Have we yet learned that this must stop?

We will hit this precipice upon the bell curve and then all of a sudden that stuff's going to stop in a hole, mostly pilot because the world we'll all of a sudden understand that their actions, every single one of them, certainly has great and resounding effect upon others.

Yesterday I had a moment where I felt tight with my money and I did what my heart said instead and I was sick quickly blessed it was really ridiculous LOL but it felt wonderful to finally say I need to quit feeling like I did I need to wipe out my old ways that don't work even though I try to hold on to them.

In natural law we understand equilibrium in the ebb and flow the back and forth the give-and-take and money seems interesting like this at times. It is the greatest tool and also the most powerful two effect sin also.

Here is an interesting conundrum.

My condition (one amongst many) is Takotsubo Syndrome. I suffer from Sick Sinus Syndrome, thus the pacemaker/defibrillator now ;) (thankfully from me and designed by guys like you !!!)...

So more the conundrum for your pondering.

Medically speaking (but of course involved electronics ;) ) ...I complained of for ages, worsened with age, but never could prove a medical reason for the pacemaker/defibrillator I told my Drs two decades + ago I knew my intuition said I needed.

I would much rather have been wrong, as the trauma is nearly indescribable in some aspects (I remember a lot !!!) ...

...but importantly, we all love forward.

We must find an electrical device that perhaps proves a weakening in these signals from the sinus node (part of the heart itself which generates the hearts drum beat ;) )... my drummer was great but partied too hard like most drummers, so he was fired and replaced with this new high tech thing outta' Boston !!! (Boston Scientific)...

anyway... fascinating studies in regards to this entire topic... but more deeply...

...my intuition was correct and that means I sensed something and that means we should be able to sense it electrically speaking with a device/sensor.

To study systemic failure (epidemic), we must look to the most populated cities with the largest amount of notorious criminals and crime and compare that to the most populated cities with the least amount of crime and the least amount of notorious criminals.

This will be an extraordinarily telling thesis to explore.

In a tricameral government, it would be wise to study that structure and then look at the players in place in each other locale, jurisdiction, area, etc.

Phone number we can look at in ministrative vs. Administrative vs. Legislative initiatives as general areas of study, numerically speaking.

We live life but to study it we must quantify it and translate all that is in two numbers so that we can understand and look for patterns and better adjust to our always changing, therefore dynamic, environment.

Have you ever had somebody explain to you about a recent tragedy that struck you so badly that you looked at them with all the sincerity in your heart and told them, I am so sorry?

Then have them reply, it's not your fault.

Somehow, they don't understand that it's not about fault and blame it's about anybody having to experience such emotion.

They don't understand because they themselves don't experience emotion !!!

They're logical and rational mind which is normal for their state dictates that your statement must be putting the blame on yourself which is confusing to them and since they don't really understand it they always just say,  "oh well... it's not your fault... don't worry about it.

It's got nothing to do with folks understanding language or talking different dialects or anything of that nature, it's purely defined from the essence of the nature of the person whose perspective it is that is hearing it.

Palatable Nutritious Plates Please ~

What percentage of restaurants do you think actually prepares food from scratch to plate???

Most restaurants by frozen stuff that they can deep fry fast in that is already prepared and they just slam a meal together and played it hot and fresh and chemically trick you with all kinds of stuff to make you think it's the best food you've ever eaten in your life when often it's really empty nutrition upon a trick pallet.

This is where these chain restaurants really get you, I believe.

What do we do to break that paradigm?

When you're only there for yourself, nobody will be there when you need them.

When you are really focused on your activity and excitement for yourself, and it involves other people, this would be a particular time to especially be available to others instead of pushing them away.

I've pushed very hard, ALL I've loved, far away... where it's less likely they will get hurt by my devastating existence. Far, far, far away. 

What's lonely and what's alone ???

It doesn't matter much here anymore, truthfully, for my time here is short, but in youth, value life and practice empathy... never be scared to live, and always respect another being of any kind.

It's getting tough feeling guilty consuming life of others... well, it will'nt be much longer.

Further from the origin, we each shine exponentially illuminatingly brighter, equally further away in distance and time of others, a lonelier, and lonelier, shooting star, though, too.

Ascension is a place we rise into the heavens and take our place. We are not just starvfust, we are shooting stars... no reason to die too young here in the physical realm, but no reason to hang on too long, creating destiny perfect and unique together, we all shine.

I used to think of dying or suffering here. I didn't realize that the funerals were for the living, not the Dead. I don't much see suffering anymore but rather a beautiful Ascension where this suffering shall never happen again unless you insist on perpetually cycling through because that is fully up to you.

The feeling of loneliness can be carried in the frequency of a tune. However, you can leave loneliness behind in awe, once you step out and ascend. There are lessons in life, such as the lesson of not taking the shortcut and staying on the path, and these lessons for good reasons, I remind you. Isn't it interesting that we would know and they tell you the lessons that will carry us through to the other side yet we have this great fear which now we are going to let go?

It's tough for the living that is left behind, but let all know that through cycling and eventual Ascension the taller order shall be known and those next dimensions revealed.

You will be not of the body but of presence. You will not be of the tongue but of thought of mind. You will not articulate but rather we shall all cross communicate in another's presence and all that will be our reality in that dimension shall only be that which we agree upon or there shall be nothing that we don't, only that which we do.

As I will be a star that oversees life and values it greatly and deeply, you will understand the knowledge in my wisdom, as you will start to understand you are in the Star womb room and our only not even of birth yet.

again, we are of stardust already, and a star again we each shall be.

You wonder what is the meaning of life, but would you want your star God watching over the life of your universe to have a lot of experience or little?

I think of the universe as an infinite amount of bubbles that overlap each other constantly inflating and collapsing and some bubbles are inside of other bubbles some never touch some do this and some do that... and whatever you can imagine, it will happen.

Well that's the place I'm going and we are all on an absolutely incredible journey and it's now prescient that we leave fear behind because we realize it's only been abused in this realm to control us, and we are not going to have that anymore, or ever again.

I promise you as I have been dead and gone and returned, there is nothing to fear. You may fear the moments in and of death, but not the moment of Ascension and after... if you want to understand then you read about near-death experience and do you look for the repeating themes.

I read of these things in youth and I knew most had not journeyed far into the realm because it is too fascinating to travel fast but traveling at the speed of light it's hard to slow down and it's hard to take it all in... All knowledge. Everything. 

When you go to the next realm you have a spherical point of view such that you see everything all around yourself like if you were in the very middle of a ball and the only thing that existed was everything around you but you could see it all at one time... with an eye that can see like that.

how many people use the expression of having a God's-eye view but that's really kind of like a bird's eye view as that expression for utilized in this is quite different. You're not just looking in one direction when you're having this experience you can see spiritually all the way around yourself perfectly and it's mind-blowing because you were thinking wait a second everything I know about my mind says my mind doesn't process and shouldn't be able to process all this but then you realize instantly that you have only been visiting the  vessel 

you must understand the pineal gland and that there are crystals within and that these crystals are receivers and they are receivers of your soul's voice or your intuition your connection to source.

Faith is beautiful and a principled religion teaches excellent practice and offers to commune with like-minded others. 

Denomination divides though it has been proven by the eons and therefore why not we all just practice these principles together.

God doesn't need or have a name beyond God or the other names utilized because he is not of the physical form. God is a presence only and you will know his presence and his thoughts when you are in that next realm.

As we are growing spirits we must mature before we may take this following steps and as you look around at your loved ones and your friends, is it not obvious that we mature spiritually different rates just as we do emotionally just as we do physically just as we do mentally, etc.

I don't want to over convolute or overstress, but I do want all to practice simple principles and basics and don't be selfish.

We all flourish when we all give greatly.

When you are controlled by fear you'll horde and then those that wanted to control you will fully take advantage of you because they have put you in the position to be taken advantage of now.

Look forward to the glory that will be certainly greater than all that you've done thus far because the truth is there is great beauty ahead and the meaning of life is to evolve our souls so that we will be good stewards of the realms of which we will be gods.
