Luna and Mrs. Pretty Star - A True Short Story

My Miss Luna is a little bit over a year now in age. She has many toys that we play with together and I have decided I'm going to start naming them. I want to test her ability to learn the names of many different things and see if she can distinguish one from another witch she is already showing very eager and early progress .

The first few toys she had to before the game haven't developed names yet but we're working on that, but the first one I introduced with a name was Mrs. Pretty Star.

She is a pretty blue star with a yellow shiny smiling face and a bow. Luna liked Mrs. Pretty Star a lot and she would go fetch her by name which she learned very quickly and we played with Mrs. Pretty Star often and i made a point to emphasize that we were going to be very gentle. I wanted to make sure she knew Mrs. Pretty Star was different and was not to be played with roughly last ke the other toys.

Mrs. Pretty Star stayed on the bed with us and slept with us each night. One day I decided to make sure that Luna knew that Mrs. Pretty Star was very special to me. I did this because Miss Luna was being pretty rough with Mrs. Pretty Star and when I scolded her and held Mrs. Pretty star and gave her a kiss, well, Luna looked very bewildered towards me.

The next couple of days I made sure I paid attention to Mrs. Pretty Star and I talked to Mrs. Pretty Star just like I talk to Luna, and I made sure I told Luna to stay away, just like I tell her to when I eat, just for discipline's sake, because she is young and impressionable and learning how to take lessons, and she so wants to please that she has been very very attentive to her listening skills.

So needless to say, she knew I really admired Mrs. Pretty Star and she became jealous quick. Soon after that jealousy I saw that Mrs. Pretty Star was no longer ever on the bed anymore and just recently I've learned that Ms. Luna has hidden Mrs. Pretty Star, with a collection of other things, underneath the bed at her special little place.

One thing nice about having a king size bed that's elevated quite high is that my dog has this incredible area to make all her own, and she certainly has, and I'm actually really happy for that.

But, oh poor Mrs Pretty Star.

Super Emotional Today - You Too ???

I have been busy all day long for 14 hours straight and I have been so deeply emotional today out of the ordinary and so appreciative of life it is quite extraordinary for me to have this incredible energy over my physical pains and to be driven 2 get more organized so that I can maximize this wonderful Sunny season upon us after a long cold winter. I have been in deep reflection today and thinking of my mother that I miss and perhaps it's because that time is coming that I promised I would not Mark in my mind or on the calendar, that day she departed comma that same day that the greatest artist of all time, William Shakespeare, was born and died. It was a beautiful and perfect spring day and what other way would an artist depart with a message so sweet? And on the day of her funeral at West Point I saw seven rainbows with my brother a West Point graduate himself as my witness and each of us alongside of my niece Stephanie. So again today I am in deep reflection and think so many people for picking me up in carrying me when I was caving in and weak and hurting myself. Thanks for letting me stumble along stubbornly like always but without falling on my face for a change. I promise you I'm being so much better to myself today and that I finally appreciate life the way I should because I'm getting tired of say goodbye to so many so often I am really trying my best to create what's left that seems to be disappearing so increasingly faster all of the time. You're always precious to me and I only wish I had more of myself and my time and other promising gifts to offer so that life would be better for us all. I pray for you each to have balance in your life and the feeling of accomplishment and of knowing love and having a personal understanding of love that we all know within and that which has the highest of energy, power, and creation... call it what you will.. but please don't fight over it. I pray to the highest of Energies and respect in my own ways the principles I have learned the way I have learned them in my life and I equally do my best to respect that of others and the way they have embraced them in their own life of doing well to others. I pray that we go further and become stronger with culture and education so that made we may treat one another better and better. I pray that this finds you well and I thank you each for all that you have done so that I can at least get back to this place of progress where I am today looking to once again be fully self-supporting but having a difficult time finding my way. I don't think I have ever been so scared in some respects but I also don't feel like I've ever been this Brave either. Well the adventure is always exciting I have to say that much for sure and I pray for the strength to go on a lot longer. I hope whatever it is that your dreams are that they are right there at your fingertips to enjoy and absorb slowly with all of your family and friends may this dream last and last and may I see you in the dream soon. Thanks my friends I love you each so.

Anybody else feeling super super emotional and introspective today as much as I am? This is extraordinary out of the ordinary how intense this is. I am going to go look at my astrological charts because it sure seems like something is amiss. I'm really curious who else feels this today. I have had extraordinary energy as well. And working on things for about 14 hours straight in very focused and directed which I quite appreciate and have missed. Healing is offering me perhaps a hint at what it would look like if I could once again hitting my stride and be self-supporting which I see clearly but have had a difficult time stumbling along.... But I am getting closer as I inch forward on my planned path and progress is getting closer and closer as well. Perhaps I am super fired up coming out of this winter because I sure am looking for the sunny season and cannot wait for all the outdoor musical events this year I will be attending with family and friends for alone. I'm going to be going to classical stuff, hip hop stuff, local stuff, National stuff, Jazz stuff, Blues Stuff, dance stuff, and stuff, and be making my own music at home with friends, and having a picking party in the backyard of the Fall. 2016 is about the music and the Arts and that is where I look To Live outside of focusing more and more on my own Artistic Endeavors while spending time with my immediate family and in particular my father. I am working hard on focusing on eating well and healing and never ever drinking alcohol or smoking a cigarette again. I am not looking for Kudos as I should have been doing these things all of my life and I know I will pay dearly for my mistakes. That doesn't mean after that realization that I'm going to pay dearly for them that I don't have to even pay more. We all have the ability to change if you believe in yourself and you have faith. Faith to me is the proof that God exists because God promises that with faith we will get to the place up ahead that we see in our Mind's Eye where things are as we only can dream today. God promises that that tomorrow will be fitting to the overall dream. It is never easy and it's not always as planned but that is how life has felt to me anyway. I'm not interested in speaking about religion at all either I am simply just trying to share what I feel and don't expect anybody else to feel that way however if they understand as well too, that is wonderful to know as she likes to be alone?. I just feel comfortable with what I consider the greater energy and I have a wonderful line of communication that I work on daily and try to seek balance through that channel and others and work on building a better life on a daily basis. I hope this message finds each of you well and that you each are focused on your family and friends and your wonderful hobbies and that you never have a dull moment and that you nourish yourself with only the finest of foods which can also be the best of meals cooked with love and healthy ingredients so that we only have the finest fuel for the body and mind to work at its peak efficiency and further help our production in life and in turn again to further help us to be of service elsewhere in organizations or to others however may be needed in our community. Volunteerism is greatly needed and there are more organizations than I can list that definitely need volunteer help the reach out today to an organization that makes sense to you because of your own experiences and call them and let them know that you have some time in your hand and you would do anything to offer a few hours to the benefit of the organization so that their mission may be met. I am housing volunteerism because it is a way to surround yourself with wonderful people that are determined and also understanding. These are the people that have saved me personally, and it is they who I choose to follow and try to surround myself with...not that they are all one Collective...but these people are many... and most often do not know one another...although there are many wonderful overlapping friendships that are quite amazing to see when it is realized.

Telomere Shortening Causation Speculation

Perhaps telomeres shorten as a result of our exposure to radiation. That which giveth, taketh away too !

Also, for the first time in life suddenly I am vitamin D insufficient, and so it begins.

I have less of the Vitamin D whose source is the sun. My cells at 48 years of age changing, seemingly suddenly, and why?

There is a new way to enjoy certain materials and it is through modern science and innovation that we Comanche these materials with the use of a vaporizer today. The vaporizer I will be speaking about today is made by Sonic which is located in California in the United States of America.

The Sonic vaporizer as one of the finest vaporizers on the market today. It has a ceramic chamber that has a variable range operating temperature and a door that seals with a rubber gasket.

Once the battery is fully charged after you open your new package and plug your unit into a wall outlet the next step is to pack material into the ceramic chamber and then gently close the door, turn the unit's power switch on, set the temperature you desire and I very highly recommend absolutely do not start of of 390 degrees if you're not familiar with this unit comma and then simply inhale when the red call for heat lights turns green, which indicates that it is all systems go and indeed time to enjoy.

I have been testing a (two now) Sonic vaporizer for over a year now. This is a unit that is designed in California and made in China. I love its overall function and find that function absolutely perfect InDesign. However I will say the build is a completely different animal and dislike it as much as I like the design. I have had to buy two already and need a third now. I used my device daily and that is several times a day however I am extremely careful with it and properly use and to maintain it each and every time. Below in the body of this review you will find my design ideas that I admire as well as the flaws that I will shred to pieces and the recommendations that I have. When you are on the threshold or the cusp of a new business Frontier you would think that you would want all of your clients to know your name and equally know that you make only the finest product. This is the finest designed products however it is the most poorest made and with the least expensive casing that technology has to offer and so on a technology rating I give it a ten on a scale of 1 to 10. And on a scale of 1 to 10 on materials I give it a go 30. I give it a 3. The overall scale or rating is going to be the average of those two numbers because I think that is only fair but with that I will give a final rating which is the usability scale of the product when it is in perfect condition and that will be more of a single number that signifies Form and Function combined through use. Flaws:

The cleaning brush needs to be also be made out of high temperature resistant nylon strands or a very thin gauge stainless steel strands which would be preferable. The plastic strands that is made out of today milk and most people are not going to be patient enough for it to the units to cool off before reloading the chamber.

The battery life is short. A huge flaw is that this does not have extra batteries for sale and a door to take the battery in and out of so that you can change it. This could easily be the largest design flaw of all behind the bodies material. I love that it's rechargeable and really just personally wouldn't it if it was twice the size just because it needed to be to have the larger battery it would be that worthwhile to me.

The second worst flaw to me is the very inexpensive power switch that is utilized on this unit. It is a very nice slide style which I do like, it is just the quality of the switch itself. It cannot last with daily used, meaning used several times in a single day, and brakes usually within 3 to 4 months. I do appreciate that even with the switch completely broken and parts falling out and missing the unit still turns on immediately when you plug it into the wall no matter where are the switches like I said it's missing pieces even if it still turns on and still functions this way. However of course you lose your portability function completely when this happens. This which is absolutely got to be upgraded. I think what would be smarter is the push button should be connected to a chip that lets you press once long to power on and then once again to ask the unit to call for heat comma meaning to turn the heater on in the coil around the ceramic chamber so that it can heat up the material inside to the desired temperature and then its subsequent use once ready.

The rubber gasket that seals the middle Farrell in the doorway should be made from a high temperature oring that is able to be very simple it replaced and it can be mounted inside of a Groove at the top of the ceramic chamber or the group could be made into a piece of metal pressed into the body housing area near, meaning of the top of, the ceramic chamber.

Body needs to be a high heat resin so that there will be no cracking near the metal Farrell on the door.

The body needs to also be high impact resistant plastic so that if it is dropped it can handle that as well as just provide the user a stronger body overall and therefore a guaranteed longer life.

Another flaw that I would have to mention is the mouth piece is a glued into the middle Ferrell that then screws on to the hinge door. The hinged door is held to the body with a single dowel rod metal hinge through the doors single centerpiece of the hinge and connects to the bodies to end pieces that are hollow inside where the whole is for the hinge to slide into place. The tabs are on a plastic strip that is semi flexible that looks which is screwed on to the body with Torx bit micros cruise. I love this design and this finish however the door cannot take the heat and the cheap inexpensive plastic it is made out of snaps at the fish in almost making the whole unit which is a hundred dollars worthless.

The mouthpiece eventually becomes loose and comes out of the metal Farrell because it is glued into place and the school also cannot handle the high temperature. I totally believe 100 percent that they rubber piece is non surgical and therefore could absorb germs and the virus is that can cause illness and pass in this from one person to another more easily. Is type of device can promote that type of happened stance and cleansing assistant amount for a great product and a must with this.

With the above topic it could stand to come with a good cleaning kit as well however a q-tip and rubbing alcohol do wonders and our super inexpensive also. If I own this company I am building accessories like a leather caring case, I cleaning kit, different color accessories, I'm thinking trendiness is and fashion way it comes to this type of devices these will be extremely info again Super short order.

When I first opened a beautiful box that it came in. I was impressed with the carrying case and the nice instruction booklet as well as the extra screens provided which are composed of stainless steel into never can burn through. A

The performance is absolutely incredible and the biggest drawback to this unit is that it doesn't last more than 3 months however if they would make this simple recommendations I have included here and I feel certain would last a lifetime. The accessories would always make wonderful high-end profit margin for the company that builds their name and reputation for having the finest quality unit in the business, and I am confident they will be again if they take my recommendations and make the Sonic vaporizer the best of that it truly can be.

In the above process it would also be recommended to further study and review the latest in Battery Technology as that may give this unit the ability to have even quicker heating time as well as a much longer lasting battery and they still Mabel to maintain the exact same size they have today or perhaps possibly even shrink the unit down to an even smaller size in short order as the battery Technology is changing daily.

When it comes to quality products on the market and you're looking at Electronics I asked you if Money Was No Object would you rather own an Apple or a Nokia? And if money were No Object, would you rather on an apple or a Nokia?

Sonic Sonic in its present form is not the apple of the marketplace today comma but they easily could be with a high impact-resistant high temperature withstanding plastic nylon resin body.

I hope that they will send me a nice new unit when they receive this letter Kama as well as promised me to send me a new one when they take my ideas and use them in the manufacturing process.

Overall I have enjoyed this model extremely well and that is why I have given that such a high rating. Honestly if they take my recommendations to heart and follow through I would never look for another one of the marketplace as this has given me every single feature that I need. I think these are wonderful units and I don't think you will be disappointed with one as long as you treat it like you are walking around in a china shop with a $10,000 piece of crystal. Otherwise steer clear from this purchase.

As far as doing as advertised Kama it hands down delivers and performs absolutely perfectly.

Overall this is a fantastic unit that delivers for the short term.

I don't disagree, knowing you have a sharp mind and high well rounded intellect. I don't think the majority of the population are even close in that regard, and a lack of education is the definition of ignorance and the root of many a problems today. These are the same that lack self motivation, obviously, but my point is that we have a factory like welfare system that often leads no where are far as up and out because quite frankly it does not exist currently. Factory like because it teaches generationally how that system works and the other fact is that it is the less educated in society that have more children and cannot care for them well if at all far too often very sadly. That is the factual direction we have been heading in for a very long time now, so long you may indeed call it a trend in these economic conditions. We outsourced our country and started caving in from there. No one fucking even paid attention while the planned pilfering began, and then the mortgage market and prime lending rate manipulation without much just cause which Greenspan has now admitted to being an absolutely massive failure and huge error in his judgement while serving. I was flabbergasted to watch him clearly and concisely state these remarks.  It has now spread like wildfire fire as a handful of companies reaped TRILLIONS of dollars. Small town America crashed and burned perfectly alongside the new Wal-Marts emerging ! This was the hard core nose dive at the beginning of the dumbing down. People still fall for it but finally we have far better alternatives. Companies like Wal Mart and MC Donald's can go F themselves. They are not American to me because of worker treatment (predominantly Walmart) and feeding the population completely crap food (McD) ! People overall are so absolutely fucking stupid ! No ? The money paid by the federal government to many recipients often gets spent up in these superstores that cater especially to elderly and handicapped being able to shop once a month. Disabled folks getting checks from funds that puts a country in debt and then spending these funds far too often at companies that outsource labor for cheap production to market the least expensive merchandise to financially form a monopoly or bullying type of organization with buying power to dictate pricing and set entire marketplaces which they can then in turn run and guarantee as they provide the steady and solid flow of, hamburger let's say. You get the point somewhere,... they steal from the country and give us (majority of the population) crap product and / or nutrition. The $$$ is what votes ! That has to change.... Telomere, hemisphere, universal language, Latin, flexible everywhere.

Metacarpal, interior cruciate, psilocybin, neuron, impulses, all sensors and systems go.

I'm on the pad readying for my final blast off and into the ether forevermore is where I will reside.

My spine no longer a bother, my mind free of its screaming and agonizing and forever over thirty years of pain why did not anyone ever listen to me or did technology finally catch up with me through innovative science, damn it I don't want again to be sliced.

Cervical ribs twice and impingement too yet walk do I and leave professionals so confused a broken neck and yet determined to onward move I fucking demand and stronger once again I am becoming and surgery I shall not as suggested yet have, but soon again as I still away technology and such innovation and the impact less new procedures that will be as I cannot stand and more long term pain and misery.

Also at a third a rate quicker in measure do I metabolize then is so average, I am in everyway the genetic freak and imperfect so each we are. Programming is our DNA, and as Betas with flaws, we fly through spacetime imperfect.

We then build our own ships to sail aloft and in flight now are all things in which I am constructing with others currently and we are artists all at peace and sailing now perpetually a system together one to produce the art that is in that inner eye above seeing all which we share, this mutual perspective and it's following projection.

Latin in English and all languages powerfully reprograms the mind and then the DNA like recording puzzles of experience. All really can be a confusing and a cryptic record from this perspective. From the ether all data shall be easily accessible, viewable, and easily fully understand stood in every perspective. Knowledge becomes innate. Instinct and intuition to the billionth power, !!! , soaring easily as if with wings when we are the Light above and across the universe on beams of light we ride swift and fast! Marijuana and Sociology Part 2 - Things Upon Which To Puff and Pontificate

Part 2

We need to start thinking about the states having access to this money that right now the black market is burning meaning others that are involved with illegal activities in illicit business and with profit that is not governed recognized or Allowed by law. Why on Earth would we want to let that faction have access to more money than the better part of society that could do better with that money.?

If you want to look around and see is making all the money in the marijuana it's not hard if you start paying attention. Right now there's great money in it because there's great risk in certain areas where the amount that can be made doubles triples and quadruples the prophet has no problem whatsoever. If you're willing to invest a little when you're smart you can make a lot.

Stigmas, Abuse, and Science, Medicine and Healing Part 2

I thought this was going to be another Facebook post but I think I'm going to make this part 2.

Think about this carefully.

If it takes faith only the size of mustard seed to move a mountain, and we all have faith which is a greater than that mustard seed, can't we then change the entire attitude of the world around us and stop accepting personal abuse of alcohol and tobacco products. When will we socially stop accepting letting those that want to kill themselves do so this way at such massive expenses to the survivors and pain to these families?

We need drug courts and we need to have a system that allows for much faster legal intervention when it comes to harming the self.

We fail here miserably and need to carefully scrutinize the mechanics of these current systems and their overall effect and then asses if we can evolve those systems to accommodate today's needs or if we should start from scratch with different strategies.

The strategy needs to be that we start promoting a culture where it is not cool and not acceptable to abuse yourself.

Have you ever seen these kids at these college fucking football games? Do they look like they're being good and healthy to themselves? And then we put this type of stuff on TV and promote it. It's like America's looking for one big excuse to go drinking. Football and college are always great excuses to consume huge amounts of beer. I'm sure if these companies would come off of the sales statistics that would be proved very easily however I kind of think that might not be so easy to determine although it could be public knowledge and perhaps rather simple. This is the environment we promote and except across the United States and hundreds of colleges and Playboy used to or may even still write them as far as who is the best party school in many high school kids will find out and pick which college did they want to go to with at least that factor in mind.

What kind of culture does that bring for a future generation and then what do they promote?

We need to start promoting health and better more logical and rational decision making skills and how to best exercise coping mechanisms that we are always adding 2 as far as different ones being different types of tools, and how to get into a system so that we can receive treatment just a simple and easy as going to a medical doctor. Any addiction is a problem. Look up the word Addiction and read its definition and then try to argue otherwise.

I don't want government overly involved in people's lives but I don't think we should easily accept that people can just abused themselves in such ways that cost Society in ways that are absolutely and totally incalculable. You can look at the economics of it you can look at the family damage that it's done. You can look at the damage being a cost to society as Society ends up having to mend these problems often and typically Cantonment these problems and then these problems end up having children and more children and these become cultural and inherited ways that are ingrained and cannot be easily escaped.

I see it where I reside almost everyday and it goes back for Generations. I do not need more proof than what I have studied and Science in college and what I see here and observe with my very own eyes and can testify to. I also see an upper-class here and Cumberland and I see virtually no middle class. It seems that people either are doing very well for themselves or people are doing very poorly for themselves.

Well I think the whole point here was that we just need to better have systems so that people can get home quicker and smoking is not cool I'm an ex-smoker drinking abusively is not cool and I'm an exodus of Drinker although I have to admit I had a hell of a lot of fun and a cigarette tasting good after a meal the long-term damage of that's done is incalculable also and it is something that when it starts to catch up with you and you can't quit immediately you realize there's a problem and to realize at that point it's too late and that is where addiction has you in its crosshairs. Now you have a progressive illness coming at you exponentially faster that wants you dead you are in the crosshairs you cannot Flinch you have to hit the dirt faster than you ever have before and Duck and Roll. Now get cover. Now get some fucking help and think. It's time to stop hurting yourself it's time to take yourself out of the crosshairs you put yourself in. It's time to realize you are defeated and ignorant. It is time to look for different answers that are usually the opposite of your normal behavior in there for very difficult to first of all except and then secondarily practice. The amazing thing is as if you have decent moral fiber underlying your whole personality these things are actually very easy to do and the healing can be quick as the body only wants to respond positively to Fantastic nutrition and will thank you in countless ways mentally, spiritually, and physically. Obviously emotionally will start balancing itself out.

I personally do love smoothies and all the fruit and vegetables I can eat that are healthy, however the first Paradigm that has the shift is the way you think about yourself.

You have to realize that you are worth all of the good nutrition and that it is not worth anything to put all of the garbage inside of your body. The more we offer our selves excellent nutrition and find a balance with our own human microbiome which includes probiotics which are critical to read and understand about and quite simple to do today with modern technology, these things should be studied as it is essential to have our immune system operates in there is plenty of peer-reviewed scientific medical research available to prove exactly the statements that I am making here. I have a regimen of drinking lemon juice all day and nothing else for a while. I do have to study once again the absorption of certain pharmaceutical medications that I am I want to make sure that there's no interference with this regimen. I suggest that is always done and I suggest that this is discussed with your doctor. The thing we tolerate entirely too much in society is those that are sick and abuse themselves. What I mean in a much deeper sense is that we allow it and virtually accept it as it being alright for someone to kill themselves through a pay on time kind of plan. Mist I'll health could be prevented if we stopped socially accepting personal abuse... But it is worth TRILLIONS !!!

How we treat our own bodies sometimes is truly the biggest crime but it is the reason that we do it because we feel less then in a society that makes us feel less than so it's easy to dive into a chemical bath to try to heal your personal loans and survived in a world that is already tough and with the odds of great success already a statistical anomaly in themselves to achieve.

I am in great pain because of genetic problems that produce disease such as spinal stenosis, and gout for example and I will have the world know that that has absolutely nothing to do with any abuse that I have suffered through my own doing. I have been molested as a child and that makes anybody hurt inside and it destroys lives too. My first memory was a plane crash. I knew life was not a game from the first moment my mind could think and I could think well before I could speak and my thinking was clear and I wonder from where did all of that come? At age 18 months are you kidding me how can anybody think like that? This is fantastic for people like myself to have not won the genetic lottery. This is also wonderful for those who have abused themselves but my whole point of this is that we need to stop accepting stuff so easily in figure out a better solution to the abuse that one and flicks upon of themselves through self medicating.

We have failing systems right now when it comes to treatment and counseling because if they were effective we would see less of this instead of more and indeed we are seeing more, or more drastic measures being taken today by Alex and alcoholics.

We are also becoming more liberal overall in a system which is wonderful because we should have a more liazze faire/ hands off type of attitude as far as governing to self, however at the same time we have a responsibility to others in general in the public to make sure that they have the finest of health care when they are not taking care of themselves. When somebody is doing something that is going to hurt their body then they should be introduced into a medical system that is no different than the court system where by you have to go to these types of meetings with these doctors or face being criminally prosecuted and then introduced into the system where by you can be jailed because you first the gated the help so offered to you.

Drug courts are something that are being talked about and used or utilize the well across the night at States and seem to be painting and popularity and are different from place to place but in general that would be the type of treatment before sentencing philosophy you would find in such matters.

I would like people to know that after over a year of no alcohol and coming close to 9 months with the no smoking and no nicotine use whatsoever I am feeling better than I have felt in 15 years and before my cell station with alcohol and nicotine I had already been taking an herbal remedies called Kirk human which I have studied extensively and my heart has returned to normal size and my hair is MIA has disappeared. I have also made a very drastic dietary changes in my life that have become something that have insured I stay healthy physically and mentally as I try my best to fight my spine disintegrated do to slip this in all three regions a broken vertebrae in the lumbar fusion needed in the cervical vertebrae area of my neck and massive spinal cord impediment in that cervical area currently and spinal stenosis in all three regions the lumbar, the fur a sick, and the cervical areas of the spine.

I was able to sign up for pain management and now I go a minimum of once a month and speak to my doctor and his or her Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, CRNP, and we discuss my pain I fill out a form each time, discuss my medication and then I go about my way until next month. I go to other specialists such as a Rheumatologist when needed or neurologist if needed whenever it is recommended and I also have certain urine tests and/or kidney function tests and blood tests performed as needed as well. I am now healing and more productive then I have been in a very long time, but it takes management and it takes improved health and more than anything it took me to dig deep and choose to live much more than I wanted to die.

Something traumatic in life has to happen to change before you reach out for help when you are crumbling inside and it feels that your world is crumbling around you. My mother died in April of 2014. See what's the best mother because she gave up her dream of art said that she could raise for children which she loved dearly. She did not want to leave so soon and I know that because I saw it in her eyes as she held onto every moment she could no matter her failing body for years. I saw and inner strength in her I have seen in no person before me even close. See his the truest of more years and I say that only honorable as the son of a West Point Colonel and veteran of a Korea and the Vietnam. I admire my parents. They have been the best example set anybody could do look up to.

Egyptians, Binary Code, and How the Brain Projects

It is a proven fact that with a little tiny stick with a triangular head carved onto it and some clay the ancient Egyptians were able to write,  as we think of it today, some brilliant work. Aging As A Nation

In these last ten years as a nation we are forever different then we thought we'd be and we also are a country still united no matter how much controversy. Change is happening and paradigms are shifting and I think the future bodes well. It's time to crank up the economy !!! Upgrade and renew infrastructure !!! Employment for all that seek it !!! New green era manufacturing in the USA. Continue to work on education issues. Focus on high speed rails, and other mass transportation and place billions towards research and development in green era battery technology and storage technology. Continue to develop geo- thermal. Start thinking making about great new innovative ways to build and design massive construction sites from the ground up with green era type materials for both conservation and strength and Longevity as well.

There are many things to think about today as we move forward and it takes great vision to realize that we are actually on that path now Endwell headed towards the positive direction that we need to be headed. We have suffered through some very extraordinary little Styles as a country but it looks like we have all hunkered down a well on taking our lumps and I think we're going to come out much better on the other side of it because we did so.

Car sales and housing are both up right now. In the housing market I meant construction is up as well as a sales. We bailed out GM and Chrysler and it looks good that has done well for these companies and the American people with as well.

We have to focus on bringing jobs and the spirit back to Little America. The small towns and cities and municipalities and townships and counties all across this country that have had their Spirits ripped out when we Outsource labor to other countries. We are responsible for selling our own country off and reaping those profits and spending them for our own desires and now we are paying the price for that dearly. As far as I'm concerned we have a extremely selfish generation and that is going to be coming to pass before long and I hope that no other generation Leverage is everything that they can to get as much cash as they can to spend and go crazy on all the expensive cars and getting second mortgages on their home to make hundred-thousand-dollar Editions or even million-dollar decisions depending on where you live and anyhow and this gross over absorption of the self really truly bankrupted our country.

What is a bankrupted our country what I mean is that is taking all of the liquidity out of our hands and it's taken all of the volume monies that were on the street constantly flowing between hands and Merchants and vendors Distributors and corporations and Proprietors individuals and made that volume now low or less than before.

One thing that will not be accounted for is that people have now designed barter and trade systems that are excellent and will now certainly be normal even here in the United States where bar was virtually non existent on a massive level until just a very short time ago.

There are still a ton of suffering all around so don't think that it does not exist and please do not stay disconnected if that is what you are. Drive somewhere where people are suffering and attend a church service, or a Lions Club dinner, or visit a library or spend a day shopping in that City and see what it is that you observed while you are out and understand that the suffering is everywhere still and it's deep. We have more jobs here now and Allegany County and Cumberland as a city than we did a short time ago I think however we still don't have nearly enough. We are making progress but it is not ever nearly fast enough and that it's nobody's failing that is because we absolutely can't move fast enough to stay on Pace as we are always indeed playing from behind and trying to play catch-up which is never a smart game to play. If you want to win you have to look far ahead and have plans and you have to have flexibility and you have to know your strengths and weaknesses through asset allocation. It seems to me that both our city and our County now have a firm grip on those things finally in the proper leadership has been able to gel and its positions and further help to enhance these New Visions to be coming into fruition.

I don't even want to talk about politics. I'm so tired of everything on an international national seeing with that it just makes me feel. What makes sense is that we continue to move forward in respect to the areas where we have.

And concerns to defense spending and Military size I think it is time that we spend a lot in those respects and that we also build our military and further focus on becoming the best-trained and best-equipped military in the world by far. We cannot afford to rest on our Laurels and be even comparatively close to equal to another military threat as that would not bode well for the future of freedom, and as unfortunate as it is, war and battle and fighting is just a truth and reality of life, no matter we like it or not. BH that we are going to have to deal with it we best deal with it to the best of our ability and it is a system that we have here that has been designed with these types of things in mind so that building a good military does not hurt our economy but rather helps it. And that employees, and that helps families and that helps all of us.

I'm not even going to bring up anything about the election specifics about this except for both ever you think is going to serve the best interests of this country. But also keep in mind that you going to be voting for an individual that you think he delete his party. And which party is it that you would think could be lead today?

And the Republicans of disgust me and they want to repeal so much that is taking so long for the American people to get. The majority voted for this president for 8 years. This president of the majority vote has now made it the law of the land that Health Care is something that we are going to deal with this way and we have no more time to waste trying to repeal it. In Maryland we are a perfect example of how to operate within this system well and although further scrutiny is always well needed in new systems to fully better understand them on hole it is certain that there is a great system here that compliments the new federal system cat is performing very well in the states that have embraced it and work hard to make sure that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. I am seeing things grow around me and it looks to me that things are picking up at a very brisk pace. It's time to start spending money again and as time for the investors to start investing and it's time for the lenders to start lending so we can get this entirely massive economic machine clipping along at a good Pace instead of just barely barely keeping an idle and sputtering off and on and missing on cylinders all too often and while needing a tune-up and an oil change. It's time to wake up entirely and crank up our entire nation in every respect and focus and work very hard on the future that we desire for tomorrow before we really don't have time to do so anymore.

There's no doubt about it that there is a change in the air and everybody can feel it. It's a change in the world around us. Is a change in US together in the world we reside in. And it's a change in the way we go about doing everything we do as we more carefully and tactfully analyze every single motion today more carefully than we ever have in the past.
