Palatable Nutritious Plates Please ~

What percentage of restaurants do you think actually prepares food from scratch to plate???

Most restaurants by frozen stuff that they can deep fry fast in that is already prepared and they just slam a meal together and played it hot and fresh and chemically trick you with all kinds of stuff to make you think it's the best food you've ever eaten in your life when often it's really empty nutrition upon a trick pallet.

This is where these chain restaurants really get you, I believe.

What do we do to break that paradigm?

Make it not a profitable any longer!

How do we do that?

Transparency and websites that will test the real nutritional value of meals and then publish that information for the world to see because only through education will we start making better choices...or will we ???
