I kneel so facing North Lord,

Looking only forward ahead,
dressed in black and kneeling on my knees this Christmas Eve,
face of Tears and my black dog Luna of course always orbiting by my side.

I think of what could have been and what should have been and why there is so much wasted energy and turmoil in between,

I pray dear Lord that we find our way or away quickly and stop fighting with one another and go back to building greater and greater dreams.

There's also perfect dichotomy in life and defenseless you cannot leave yourself at any time.

Is it not true that sometimes a paranoid man is right?

Lord, I pray you lift me above the places I have been and those people I have been with holding hands that we rise above our struggles and better so become.

I am truly nothing without you and I am humbled here in black, kneeling on the floor of my dark Kitchen on these hardwood floors, the cold air surrounds me, my dog having a feast of nuggets crunching once again, orbiting always by my side, and half of a butterscotch chow mein cookie earlier, she just feels more lively when she enjoys a tidbit together with me by her side.

My primal instincts take over with my dogs, Layla and Luna, and I remember I have to live for the moment, as I've no firewood and no food and my Mercedes wrecked I find myself on my knees, almost broken but knowing all will be just fine.

This is not the first time I've been so broken,
I find it almost comforting and at home sometimes upon my way,
it's familiar because I've gone down this road so many times,
It seems life guides me this way more often than fewer days.

I am truly nothing without you and I am humbled here in black,
my dog having a feast of nuggets crunching again,
orbiting always by my side,
and half of a butterscotch chowmein cookie earlier,
She just feels more lively when she enjoys a tidbit together with me by her side.

Like Aqualung snot is running down my nose and I just am so tired of holding back and not focusing all of my energy where it can be utilized finding my life self-supporting once again no longer a pain in everyone's back.

If your eyes read these words you already know all of these trials and tribulations of yourself because we each live them daily and experience them most often uniquely with crossroads shared where we should understand one another and remember that when we are on the road up ahead a friend but prepared still must you be for evil certainly lurks without a doubt.

I just wonder what is it that makes that evil and is that perhaps each of us and the things we do?

Social mathematics and all kinds of different outcomes be they sums or products or quotients and so many other various terms we could apply,

When you study the data from an objective scientific point of you, point of view, well, I can just tell you that the data does not lie.

Know your sources, do your due diligence, and upon your knees each day pray,
after you have given each and all your best,
and made the most of this day.

Try your best to find peace and through forgiveness ye shall find you are so filled with gold.

Please never forget to be good to one another,
because we should each at least get to grow,

Feed Prisoners Better Food

There shall be no cruel and unusual punishment.

We have prisoners that eat food that I consistently here at our local system is terrible. I hear that the food and prison is better than the food at the local jail.

I have a degree in applied science with a major in police science and I have to question the corrections system out loud to the general public and ask is this Fair?

It's bad enough we institutionalize our prisoners because that is what happens, and it's worse that we turn them back to society and core health where then they need our healthcare system which they cannot afford and we pay a greater price On the Long Haul while taking the most valuable thing in that is another's Time, Life.

This may be controversial that I cannot be a citizen with good conscience and in good conscience not say something out loud because again I have heard this at going far too many times.

It's funny cuz Garth Brooks says I have friends in low places in the whole song applies and so we share stories and some of them were pretty rough and some of these guys and gals have been through hell and trust me you can be judgemental as you want but until you understand how they grew up and what they have risen above just to get to the point where they're still alive today well give people a f****** break !

Some people don't give a s*** and some people don't care what criminals eat and some people think they shouldn't eat anything cuz they're criminals and that they've already cost us enough but then I would say that your anti-American because you don't respect the laws of the land.

You might think I speak harsh words but the only words I will speak of the ones that Echo the Constitution of the United States and its Bill of Rights. A lot of people think that's the Declaration of Independence and that's okay but I'm here to tell you you're wrong think about the titles. I just hate hearing stupid s*** today that we all should know I'm so if that's it somebody straight you can call me an a****** if you want but I'd rather set you straight then let you continue down the wrong f****** road and I can tell you all about wrong f****** roads cuz I've gone to have so many of them well why do you think I've got so many stories?

Life of will steer you down a million roads if you let it and it's going to that's just a matter of fact and there's lots to learn just stay alive and don't be stupid.

I'm thankful people have shared with me those things that have hurt them the most in the things that they have done that are the worst because somehow there can be healing there even as heinous as those things maybe and as much as they may hurt they truly do often hurt the offender.

I deeply believe in healing and I deeply believe that healing comes from love and caring and that is only through love and caring that we will find the healing that others deserve and may have never ever once had. Many people have their hearts stolen away and I will tell you right now women all over Appalachia have been beaten and raped some repeatedly and it is disgusting the way I have continually heard these same stories. There's no doubt if substance abuse problem in this thing all blend together and the sad thing is there allowed to continue when there are logical and rational answers that when implemented when a neck bigger architecture will Repair our legal system hour law enforcement system and our Corrections system so are they are more in alignment and complementary to one another and the greater Society because that is where it is most important because that is where it affects us all.

We must figure out a way to maintain a budget and feed our prisoners better because these are our family and friends if you'd like it or not and they do deserve better and I'd probably say not all of them but I've got feelings too and it's hard to be objective but my not all of them is different than you're not all of them, there for all of them deserve to eat better and we really should demand this.

We made a mistake when we made jails and prisons about big business because big business is about a profit. I grew up in a military family where the commissary was run only at 11 that would maintain that it wouldn't be run at a cost but be able to pay the employees and buy the stock and pass it along to the good men and women and families of our armed services at a reasonable price, indeed yes a discount that they deserve, and so much so to only keep the doors open and never profitable.

There are principles of such where we should move forward and reapply these things and if they work elsewhere Get Back to Basics in business such as this to where we can cut huge expenses and start returning dividends to the American people on a greater level of which we will find far fewer people in jails and prisons.

We just had the most liberal justice department in recent recorded history if not all of recorded history and I'm not suggesting that we have slammed the door shut on everybody or go after everybody but instead carefully examine where these huge massive wholesale level mistakes have been made so that we can correct the system that is broken and not point fingers and waste valuable time and valuable money chasing crazy victimizations of others through legal conduit that will only convolute the greater cause and therefore pollute the outcome.

The bottom line is you cannot argue that feeding prisoners of all types healthier food makes for a healthier person who mentally will be less of a problem in both the hands of the city the county the state or the FED Etc and AD infinitum and everybody deserves decent healthy food and that food should be nourishing to the soul as well not just nutritionally-balanced that is not enough. If you believe it's enough coming over and I will make you and incredible shake that has everything you need for your daily intake and then you can hang out and have that only for 30 days and you just tell me that how you feel.

I said it once and I'll say it again, it seems like we're all lobbing Boulders at glass houses.

This is kind of a PS but I've even heard that one of our local facilities recycles the sewage water and uses that so that the prisoners can drink that and so forth. As I recall we have some of the freshest water around in Deer Park even gets water from not so far away so I kind of just don't understand this mentality whatsoever but I'm sure it could be suggested and such a way to make sense however I find it too meaning to the human soul and demoralizing and an unfounded way to treat prisoners if indeed true as I cannot say that I have verified this but I highly suspect that it's exactly correct and will gladly remove these marks if so incorrect. Typically, I'm not proven wrong. And yeah I'd like to throw the gauntlet down when it's time, take the gloves off, you know let's get down!

Catch any of us in the wrong moment we can all be eating that food just remember that! Or making the tasty tea that I heard about.

The worst thing of all may have been that all of the new population would very quickly get a bad Outbreak on their skin which is the largest organ of the body and always the indicator that says something is out of balance first if you pay attention. That tells me there's a systemic problem and if it was something obvious they would have figured that out and so I can't help but question the water because my friend that told me this is incredibly smart and she projected some things threw me that helped me realize there's this problem that I've now been listening about for a few years because it takes a little while listening quietly to gather information and try to make a proper assessment in the proper assessment is I can't wait any longer I have to make a statement otherwise I'm just not doing the right thing and how many people have to continue to suffer?

Las Vegas What If ~ Chapter One ~ I Am Program Too

Let's get down this rabbit hole for a minute.

There is a dead suspect and there's a brother and we already know the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Who could imagine that that man could single-handedly halt all these weapons to an area in the hotel and not be on every single camera from the parking lot when he parked all the way to his door and who knows about within.

So further down the rabbit hole with all the gun-running that happens and all the undercover investigations, can you imagine how many FBI agents and all kinds of other agents would be identified if these tapes were released?

There are people have the keys to the city so to speak and they are free to move about as they please and they are lest scrutinized especially those involved in covert actions actually and how could that even come as a surprise to anybody today?

Imagine you've been a drunk wheeling and dealing gambling full and somebody offered you a deal too good to be true and so you get in and all you got to do is drive rental cars and there's other money to be made on the way because you're a Wheeler and a dealer and what the hell it's all going to end soon anyhow but it all does in soon anyhow when you realize that day upstairs that you've been set up the whole entire time, played.

Now of course you're probably going to do one of two things or maybe two things together and that would be like go crazy and then in your own life or somebody certainly going to do it for you you don't even have to worry about it I'll probably be pretty quick but if it's not quick well

Perhaps that's the wrong Rabbit Hole to jump down to but you see there's some logic and rational out to some of this and that's what needs to be looked at because that's where there are Trails however we're not allowed to look at the evidence because of evidence would obviously reveal failure at a massive wholesale level.

How deep do you get in and then can you get out and well we know the devil's in the details in the deeper you get in things get twisted and that's always the story when you studied this type of action.

Would it be healthy to share information with the general public that could cause mass panic or mass Hysteria? I guess that kind of depends on he's in control and who is the general public doesn't it?

I said what this was from the beginning and I was laughed at but obviously the more time goes by it's pretty obvious and you know I wouldn't believe anything that came forth from this point forward anyway from any legitimate source because there's legitimate sources have already undermine their own integrity and therefore the Integrity of the American people and there should be a statement made about the truths of Las Vegas and then we could buy them or not but this silence doesn't make sense unless they say that they are conducting an ongoing investigation that continues and exist outside of the parameters of Las Vegas itself because it is a huge Network that goes on and on that they have infiltrated for years because that has to be what's happening.

A silence to the American public is a disservice and again undermines our trust in those that are supposed to Serve and Protect and I have citizen demand that there is a clear statement made to the American people that rest assured we are safer because and you can fill in the blanks because if you're able to do it with logic and rational it would make sense and restore some of the lost faith that once existed so much stronger as many of us still believe in The Roots of the justice department and law enforcement and Law and Order across our land and Civility and that we will we will return to those ways better than ever but mostly through helping our culture become stronger through providing great wealth through the benefits of all types of employment where we need emergency help in Appalachia immediately from the federal government or we can open factories immediately start producing goods and put people back to work where they want to work. These people have been crushed far too long and it is pointless and senseless and it is only hurting our country more and more each passing. You watch children grow up playing Jailbreak and then you watch them go to jail. that's the society we accept the culture we accept them grow today on a wholesale level and that's a failure a failure means change in a change means now and we need to learn to be efficient again and we need to learn to have transparency and Trust again and I fully understand that communicating the wrong thing to the American people the citizens of the United States can be detrimental but you cannot be quiet because that is as bad as a lie, again without some logic and rational in a statement that restores Faith or at least rebuild a tiny bit of the great amount stolen away through your failures but appreciated over what are certainly great victories of which I understand and of most hope for only more but with more Integrity however that may be maintained if possible, and indeed this may be the new normal and something we cannot change as there seems to be much deeply embedded all over and strong currents and schools of thoughts that connect or collide and it is many people that are not communicating with one another that undermines the greater good and where people will only get more often hurt.

I could go on and on about it but these are the basic thoughts I had tonight listening to some information and just looking back because I wanted to record what some of my thoughts were today remembering what things were like when it happened and then withdrawing from much more media attention so that I wouldn't be polluted.

I'm thankful things were not worse and I'm thankful we have already moved on somehow but there's certainly no closure and again, faith!

Wicked Winter Imaginary Escapades, My Favorite Place ~ Excerpt ~ I Am Program

The wicked and wild Winter Winds are whipping my house and the Wolves outside seem to be howling, yet it's only in my mind these wolves, as my two wolven dogs in my domesticated cat all share the bed in the wood stove below Keeps Us toasty and safe. I worry about my cat that is outside and will not come to me and I pray somehow, after all she knows what she's doing out there, somehow, after all these years she will learn Trust. I hope one day that my sole kitties wife Stella will come inside so that they can share their short little lives together comforting one another because isn't that what this is all supposed to be about?

Where do we find love today and who is it that shares love with you and realize one day in your maturity that love has nothing to do with sex or gender or any of these Earthly imperfections of perception we all suffer from and I know that love Is Just time shared perfectly together with another in peace and wonderful interaction with thoughts of the greater good and the greater presence of all of that from within outward and from all of that outward Within, this omnipresent God that is a knowingness, and nothing more, and nothing less.

There are certainties in this Dynamic life if you choose to walk hand-in-hand with faith, which each of us ill-fated often loses grasp.

It depends on knowledge and so when I say idiot I really just mean one that lacks and education which is called ignorance meaning not aware of the facts, but you know what are facts today?

We each know what is common knowledge and that is taught through Society typically, however is it not that some of these are just seemingly known for birth? And if you want to go a step farther is that you that's control in your heart? It's a program in your DNA of which a flow chart is made and pieces assembled and there's will say a unit of combined pieces that might be neurons for example in the brain and they are responsible for sending signals but where do those signals come from? This kind of gets like what came first and we all know the rest of that statement? And if you really are an idiot, the chicken or the egg?

I kind of like pissing people off pretty often because it gets their attention and it lets them know I'm not going to take any s***. And perhaps it is my French side and a strong sense of sarcasm that I enjoy but more in a way of I would say Arc buchenwald and not really in the way I may be perceived as that's kind of just an act, and if you get to know me that's not the typical me, but there's m upany sides to me, as aren't there to each us alike?

I'm me, but one day I might want to try to make better music than I made the day before, and one day I might want to be a mechanic, and one day I might want to read about science and medicine, and one day I might want to study what I ironed a degree in in science which was a major in police science which I just have a strong and deep Fascination for, and one day I may want to write, and one day I may want to go paint, and one day I may want to go and do some carpentry work and Lord knows I need practice, I am not The Carpenter son, and maybe one day oh yeah I already said write, and write, and write and write.

For me, writing is often an exploration of the mind and its ability to wield incredible light show Kama audio show, everything show because the inside of imagination should be as powerful and perhaps you will realize the alien resides Within.

There are Greys and they're all kinds of different things and it sounds insane but when you understand nanotechnology and that you're already in a ship, will you better get a clue.

What do you think, as everybody says today, the Ancients were talking about? It's obvious how stupid they were, as we can't even duplicate the scant little remainings that they left behind, because they were wise enough to leave the message. We are too caught up within ourselves today and perhaps it's time a few more people wake up.

Facebook I've always thought with a stupid name but then when I think about, me, and I am program, and what it looks like from out there now looking at these projections, each a single point in The Swygert Theory of Everything Alpha Omega, where once all these things were Quantified down to the nanoscale and then stored in such a way that they could be set in light and projected for travel in an ever-expanding Universe which they were launched into and from an infinite source of power, well Facebook looks pretty amazing.

When were up above looking back we'll be able to explore every facet of anybody's life we want to from any time frame that we want to because we will be able to take all the pieces we have today and set them in motion backwards and it's all just light and when we bring it down to a level where it is so cold we will be able to bend light and we will be able to reverse its motion and when we were are able to do that we will be traveling back in time.

And I love the winter and I love these windy nights and I love that I busted my ass until 3 in the morning last night dragging and every last piece of wood before the storm. It doesn't matter what age you are you can quit or you can try to continue to live or you can fight your ass off for it like it's worth everything because it is everything and then don't forget to share that love that I mentioned somewhere way way way back there and never too often enough.

And writing is so much fun and to know that I'm starting to earn this spot in my house once again slowly as I nibble away at the debts and try to build an Empire from nothing which seems so quickly sometimes cascading in the wrong direction, as too many times before, as regular decent healthy leads me as I chase it down once again, these hurdles sometimes with Grace and ease and at other times upon my face.

Most of all I just love to utilize my imagination and write and write and write and in the winter time up here on the 3rd story and in my cave, well of all of life's beautiful blessings this is my peaceful quiet and alone most favorite place.

Does voice recognition capitalize everything that looks like a good title or everything that really is a title already? You just gotta wonder how many of your ideas are being ripped off right now because that's what you're giving away every single day all day long, if you're reading this, more than likely.

It's funny how you can tell everybody everything ahead of time and it sounds like pure lunacy and nobody will listen. It's funny your years later to watch everything happening and realizing that nobody wanted to listen because they're already trapped inside of themselves and that's a place you will never grow.

How do we get out of ourselves selves? How do we grow with the greater universe and accept Life On Life's terms today?

There is just no substitute for nature, what we constantly try to emulate, manipulate, and hack. If you want to understand nature be the part of nature that you already are and play that part to its maximum, thus life won't escape you too quickly, and perhaps all of this will start making a little more sense. Understand the definition of organic and understand the definition of synthetic and realize that there is no substitute for the real thing no matter how precisely almost copied. But what of analogues? Does the body evolved through DNA so that there's a program to understand these analogues and metabolize them properly, or will they always leave radicals behind to infiltrate the immune system and take us down?

Back To Nature Because can't you just feel the DraStic difference when you read it? That should be enough right there to jolt most people and the next thought should be putting this phone down and going outside and taking a walk or just staring at a point across the horizon that is a view with nothing man-made structure in it whatsoever and focusing on the beauty that is around you because when you do that you're communicating with the greater power that we all argue about and want to kill each other over, which is such a sad and ridiculous way to live. I'm a Christian but I don't choose a denomination because I didn't want to start a fight between my parents, a Methodist and a Lutheran. I'm not even interested in understanding the fundamental differences of any of the denominations in it purposely kept myself ignorant there so that I can not fall into those traps. I love Jesus Christ and I love God but I don't know if I love Christianity. What I mean there is the way human beings practice what they call Christianity. I'm not going to tout any religion because they're all flawed. So and what direction do you look when all religions are selfish and hurtful and hateful and are accountable for hundreds of millions of lost lives over the eons? I look up and I'm trying to be more quiet and calm and less opinionated where it counts and more with words of weight that make a difference by being a catalyst so that others can do the things that I can't wear I'm weak as I age in time Escapes Me faster and faster.

I plan on sticking around a long time but I don't know what the greater plans of the world are and I don't pretend to however I do like to be prepared as best possible because I have been caught so many times ill prepared and had it not been for the help of others there's not a doubt in my mind I would have been erased over and over and over many times. Ministering help is the greatest gift one can give to another and that doesn't come from religion that comes from experience and understanding have essential help is for everyone at the correct time. In the same illustration of the scales of Justice don't be an enabler either and don't be naive and let others take from you that which would be of more service to someone else. I am very careful who I listen to into I speak to about my deepest most inner turmoil because they haunt me and they are present every day in the Forefront and they steal away slowly but still a thief in the night.

There is a great and old beautiful mathematical art 4 words and it's called Gematria and the power of these tools is truly almost incalculable and to think that this is old and has been replaced would be ill-gotten right at conception.

We understand the power of a calculator that we use everyday with numbers that we add such that two plus two is four because we have all been caught these Concepts of basic mathematics, but of the greater mathematics most are never introduced and an entire world is not even interview and let's State a little bit larger than that such that it is the entire universe that is not in view and that includes everything around you right now and especially the greatest powers of influence, words.

If you don't believe me type a sentence off the top of your head and run it through a Gematria calculator and see what you get. You can do it with a very simple sentence that is silly, serious, good, or evil, take your pick it's life but understand that you are sending out reverberations of energy and that others will see and feel this and it is indeed where thought first originates and then we articulate from the Mind sounds to communicate and those sounds carry frequency and sound waves and words work precisely the same way.

When you understand what an algorithm is and how a computer utilizes it then you can understand voice recognition and Gematria quite a bit better and you have to understand that you are giving your ideas away. Countless times I have come up with cutting-edge ideas and place them on the Internet so that maybe we will move forward more quickly if anything at all was adopted from my crazy mind. I could care less about money and some points and fashion however I am tired of suffering things these are tools I Must Learn to Earn again as my body heals and I feel truly like I've been reborn and I want so much to feel no pain within so much so that it is a burden and tiresome to carry this body around but I'm going to drag it around as long as I can because I don't want to leave this beautiful place anytime soon and I want to catch up with my friends and I want to make good music not crap that I've made and I want to be respectful to my elders and start to listen more and therefore learn more because I feel that you can never learn enough. But at what point for all of this learning if not set into motion?

I have touched on many many things here but they are all connected through words. There is an architecture in there is a structure in it illustrates the way we think as individuals. That is a great power within itself and it is each these individual algorithms that are collected and collectively put together that represent a point across the internet and it is simply a point of reference and when we have Quantum computing the power at another's fingertips is going to be Universe changing.

Sure pure lunacy again but in retrospect it's fun to read some of the crazy things of the past and see what has come of fruition in what has not.

Of the words that you will choose today to utter or to write for the world to see are you going to put a positive energy there or a negative energy there? Are you going to poke and prod and Bully continually like a child even well into your fifties maybe 60s maybe 70s maybe really? Are we not at the jungle gym of the internet? The behavior of many of the most respected people is completely absurd today as we had more and more quickly towards Babel, and we all know that there are Cycles in that time repeats itself, perhaps with different people but it seems nobody ever wants to learn trapped so selfishly within all about themselves. I'm no different I'm human I have an ego it's part of us and I feed into mine massively but it's me and it's who I am and it's part of my dream and I tried to blend that without hurting others and it's really difficult because we live with real threats and we live with systems because the systems have evolved to bring us the great amount of abundance we have today such that look how many people are able to be supported.

On the other hand almost everybody turned a blind eye to how many people go without, and then you have to question everything because everything got us here. We are spending probably hundreds of billions of dollars or maybe trillions of dollars collectively across the globe to fight against each other and we have paradigms based upon this that support marketplaces that really can only further divided in the long run but what do you suggest as a solution?

Tools are important and money is simply a tool. We know that human beings need tools to prosper and we know that tools used incorrectly can hurt and indeed do kill and money is no different there, and so what of accountability? This modern world has lost its ability to hold people accountable and we argue so much about how we should hold people accountable that we don't execute what accountability truly is anymore.

I have a degree in science with a major in police science and it's interesting to study what deterrents are. There are General deterrence and specific deterrence and the specific ones would be that you hold somebody accountable for murder and that the penalty was death and then you put them immediately to death upon that sentencing of the final Court. That's how the system is supposed to work but we see the system does not work. We incarcerate more people today than we ever have in recorded history in the United States is the largest Defender and we grow as criminals here at home. Maybe those are our own terrorists and we need to visit this terrible problem because it affects tens of millions of families across the United States if not everyone one way or another. It costs too much to have criminals and it is hurting our society and now we have built a big business around it that could suffer greatly if we broke the paradigm.

England, it is taught, brought their criminals to an island far far away, indeed a whole continent. The Australians have huge rebellious streaks and love the United States and we love the Australians and it seems we are children of England, adventurous bastards that are incredibly rebellious, once again. Sure that sounds ridiculous as so many people have come from other countries that aren't even related, but what I'm talking about is the basic way of life that has been set forth here Kama as a child if a country was able to give birth, England our mother and the father.

Experience & Responsibility, Rise & Follow ~ A Short

One way out of any type of slump, which will seem very counterintuitive at first, is to take on more responsibilities !

Staying productively busy is more therapeutic then just about anything.

Gardening is supposed to be the best treatment for mental health. It teaches a decent respect for Life as we should all have, and it is a fundamental education that gives you more and more information everyday.

More responsibilities, like I just got a puppy so my Luna would have a life friend other than myself, and so more responsibilities again,, can keep us busy and out of our own heads where we can be dangerous to ourselves at times.

It's okay to step outside of your normal world and try something new. That can be a huge spark which acts as a catalyst to properly balance the chemistry within and it's always exciting to expand your horizons forever, as every day offers such Bountiful gifts.

Personally, I think God 4 the ability to slowly step up to bat again. I have been out of life for a while addressing my health and making incredible gains. Like anything there's the yin and the yang. It's not always easy when you have to walk a tightrope but it's important to stay focused Within and spiritually balanced.

I've taken other responsibilities, often much larger than I should, because it seems to stimulate the adrenaline and kind of causes a good stress and I know I have to take care of stuff so to speak.

Heating with wood is a good example, as I have to load the wood stove up ever so often and I am gaining stamina each day it seems and returning to Old form after several ass kicking 4 several months. I have a ton of other responsibilities and more projects than any single person could handle. I have gathered a million puzzle pieces and now I'm going to put these puzzles together, and I was going to say if it kills me but I'm not trying to go there fast.

It's very humbling in life when we understand the perspective of finality. It's at times like this you make a choice within that you are either going to be responsible and an adult or you're going to go about on your childish ways and never be able to fend for yourself, never be able to provide for yourself, always at somebody else's whim. Each choice made in life that follows with action comes with some type of consequence, sometimes great, and sometimes with very powerful negative impacts, even at the greatest cost to any being at times tragically.

This is a beautiful Journey with the climbs up the mountains that are stressful and difficult as well as the descendants where the journey is easier and it's almost like you're flying because everything is so smooth and I'm trying to find that place again and I feel like I'm really close but it scares the hell out of me.

Counseling is always a wonderful experience because you have somebody that has great education and typically a lot of experience as well as we all do if you've lived a while, and it's a professionals objective opinion instead of that biased opinion that friend's offer or the Hun honest answers or critiques because to be hurtful to a friend can cost that friendship.

I'm looking forward to discussing things I have never addressed and finally setting those issues aside or compartmentalizing them or whatever because there's some things that just never stop playing like the VCR in my mind. You don't ask to see the movie but it just starts playing and it's the most distracting and haunting affect that seems to be a message of some sort because why else would our minds keep playing this for us over and over.

It's almost like we have a soul and then the mind is artificial intelligence and it does what it wants to do at times. I feel that most everybody would identify with this because we have all been sick one way or another and at the basic level these things are not hard to comprehend however to understand them and depth and be able to work your way out of the maze is a completely different story.

Taking on responsibilities, again, expands the horizons greatly and builds a larger network of acquaintances and often through those connections and credibly deep wonderful friends.

I am part of a theater and serve on the board of directors and I appreciate that group of artists more than any artists I have ever worked with and Embassy Theatre is important to me however I have not performed at the level that I expect of myself and it is due of course to my health which just seems to constantly chase me if I'm good to myself or if I'm bad really just doesn't seem to matter because I have several genetic diseases, and I don't need to get into all of that it's not the focus. I have had great successes at the theater and I have offered assistance at the most basic level and fortunately my mind seems to always think of ideas quick and I am very surprised that sometimes through the storms the proper places are still working and maybe even better than ever.

The mind sure is difficult to understand and if you spend too much time thinking about it that can take you down to. More responsibilities being a therapeutic as it is and suggesting that you must stay motivated usually follows with wanting to eat better and the body just desires good natural organic food that nutrition can be extracted from and metabolized properly to fuel the vessel.

I have broken my back and have severe disease of the spinal column and massive spinal cord impingement in the cervical area of mine X such that it looks like it is at a right angle or broken in the Imaging. I have to stay active because I can. I have to be good to myself because I want to live and I need to keep that Focus very much so, and I want to be of service and be a man that can be respected for his actions instead of the child I have been in the past, irresponsible and sometimes hurting others.

Back to the topic at hand, definitely counterintuitive but an excellent alternative is slowly taking more responsibilities as they can be handled and purposefully making them a challenge as a challenge is often needed to rise above.

Only two entities know if your frog and you're one of those entities. Do not sell yourself short and no matter the physical condition challenge the mind and the body will rise and follow.
