Thoughts On Immune System During Worst Flu Outbreak

I'm in Alexandria, Virginia.

The worst flu outbreak maybe now in American history !!!

Flu outbreak here is one of, if not, worst in nation... Great !!!

If you have symptoms you can easily get a flu test at the emergency room. I'd say Seek treatment quickly and try to wait and see family practitioner but I know if they are anything like mine at home there are no appointments and you might be lucky to get a same-day appointment and this flu outbreak only looks get worse as February is always the peak of flu season.

Either way you need to stay hydrated and drink plenty of fresh clean good healthy water. We are mostly water just keep that in mind. I'm guilty of never drinking enough but soon I'm going to make myself drink a gallon a day just by keeping a gallon jug around and knowing that I have to empty it at least once a day.

I have been blessed so far to somehow avoid being sick this winter and I just hope that I can continue to get through because that would be a rarity for me, and extreme Rarity as winter is usually the most brutal of All Seasons to me by far, having had pneumonia seven times.

There's a reason more than one, that I appreciate the wood stove in the dry air but that to comes at a price and balance is difficult to find but a humidifier goes a long long way once dialed in and my humidifiers are cast iron, a teapot and a sitting hen potpourri cooker that I feel only with water 2 humidify the air.

Soon, I will be already working my wood stove piping as I have dialed in now to precise set up that I will utilize that will be safe easier to maintain.

I will also focus on getting 3 to 4 cords of wood and maintaining that amount at all times has it seasons. I will work on getting that same amount already seasoned and had each stacked safely under shelter, in three seasons end.

The backyard of my home is going to be my main focus this year as I landscape nicely what I have to work with in the range of my projects in a respectable way that makes my projects only more efficient and safer to work on as I continue to build my set of tools and get things here and there more and more squared away.

I'm just happy to be able to be healthy enough to have some projects at all and now I want to make sure that as I gain my health stronger and stronger I fortify my yard has that fortify my life making things healthier and healthier and be easier to maintain. This is the time of putting the puzzle pieces into place and shedding the dead weight. This puts time back upon my side.

I'm looking forward 2 progress in these and other areas of my life so that again time will be on my side and I will have times where I can easily step away and visit dear friends and family without missing a beat elsewhere.

At long last it seems I finally have things RE- rearranged. There's some things I had to do again to get back to where I am and of course only with help but here I am and it's hard to kind of throw it all into a sentence and explain.

It's critical I stay healthy and it's critical I stay away from negative energy and it's critical that I focus on my health so that I can be more effective in my own life and have more to offer my loved ones and my friends along my way because that is the only way that works and it is such a better Road To Tread, however when we are not well in life because of illness then these decisions of Free Will and our dreams are taken away.

Listen to your body and always have an open mind about nutrition and realize that we change and our body speaks to us loud and clear when we listen and often knows exactly what it needs and we need to remember to trust ourselves but only act upon ourselves with other chemicals if with experience and a doctor's supervision always along that way without exception. Otherwise, it's a dangerous game people play.

  Of the flu, if your body has not ever seen this virus before there are no antigens in order to attack the foreign pathogen that is invaded your body, and so there Is a huge detrimental Force against you robbing you of energy as it steals from you while it multiplies. It's critical to have a healthy immune system and there is plenty of science that says there is no doubt about it that plain Greek yogurt, with probiotics naturally cultured within, is always good for the gut and that is the home to the human microbiome which is really the brain or the origin of the immune system science is proving.

I don't eat Greek yogurt all the time but I do fairly regularly and as soon as anything feels out of balance that's the first thing I go to. I don't overdo it on fruits like too many people suggest because that's way too much sugar, however when it comes to Sugar I can indulge in honey and I don't feel like it has any of this weird detrimental Other attributes that sugar and high-fructose corn syrup seem to offer.

  Diet and nutrition are critical and so is physical activity. if you cheat yourself in either area you can shoot yourself in the long run and that's not a good place to find yourself. When you can sculpt and change your body almost precisely like the finest sculptor with Clay if you are focused and you work hard enough and it really matters not what age, and it's amazing what disease can disappear with your diligent and steadfast upon your way. it's not something that you do alone but it is something that with the help of professionals it's amazing what can still be achieved.

I hope I'm not jinxing myself but amazingly I do not have the flu and this past weekend I was at George Mason University with certainly over 600 kids and even many more adults.

My immune system seems incredibly strong right now and I mean by far better than ever even though I'm still suffering from some things that can bring it down, I'm definitely up quite a few notches from my typical norm.

As the Dogs Play, and Play, and Play

It's been the longest while in my life where I just feel like I am letting go of all those material and silly dreams and I don't mean just dumping my s*** or giving things away because that's not where I'm going, I mean that I am here and not with them and they should not matter to me as much as they are on my mind always.

I'm with my 87 year old father in my pets and although one of them ran away my cats at slipped at the door, I am where I am supposed to be and it is the most wonderful day life because it is all that is real and it is all that exists right now.

Sometimes all else feels as if a beautiful dream of which I never get to complete in full but wake up into just something new and wonderful somehow that comes my way because I am blessed by each of you and that is the truth that I know.

I am into the future today that was very uncertain such a short time ago, and I have little room for negativity in my life because each and every moment is so valued like never before. I feel as though I have stepped in from the blonde portal and into the browned and now the gray Almost White, these portals I'm fortunate enough to just see each time a glimpse.

My focus is now to connect those things into something much greater and I am working hard on gaining that energy within that will be needed with what I hope could be those masterpieces we all dream.

Most importantly I have to balance my time and be at peace where I am and know that when I take care of me these beautiful dreams always come to be.

In life I have known many less fortunate that have hurt themselves and paid that ultimate price and it is such a wicked thing to see pain just take somebody away, and pain comes from many different facets and angles that can't be seen and wicked it is indeed in so many ways be that physical or emotional or mental and it is times like this you feel like once you were a perfect athlete that can run hurdles with Grace and now you're tripping over them and just falling and landing hard upon your face.

I often sit outside in the cold until I'm freezing because I want to feel the beauty of the winter that surrounds me and listen to my dogs run as their bark brings me back to the present moment as I watch them joyously play. The love unconditional is truly hard to believe of these loyal friends and they don't seem to have anything upon their mind but the Great Outdoors and its own natural beauty and me. Silly old me.

    I have many friends that have always been good to their Temple, and yet they suffer too. We are all hurting together and we all know somebody that is hurting and somehow through your good graces and above our selves we can lift one another up. We all know that spirit. How can anybody deny that, that does not exist?

I'm thankful for the now in life and I hope that somewhere where I plug in that there is a positive energy offered instead of the negative it seems sometimes manifest. It looks like their hurdles ahead are coming much easier and I feel energetic and Youthful again at times upon my way and I don't mind hurdles at all as long as I am prepared to take those Leaps and Bounds, and I am getting prepared at long last on my way.

I don't make promises to myself or anybody else but I do know that I have dreams and I do know that they turn reality if I plan for those things to one day come of fruition. That might sound a little crazy to a lot of people but I think most of us all feel this way maybe perhaps in the most primal way that you can imagine.

Today is an incredible day and I don't mind sitting out here in the cold with cover above me but as around me of rains, and my dogs could care less as they run and play, and my dogs could care less as they run and play.

Life is Beautiful and I hope that each of you will share it with many others today, and cherish in make each moment precious along that way, and let go of that which is negative and of moral decay.

This is the first time I felt like I've been able to look forward to looking forward and I finally feel like perhaps my sales are filling with air and a good Breeze is coming upon my way and the craft in which I am in as sturdy and trustworthy and well-known and can take just about anything that you can throw at it and somehow always remains. I know the stormy weather always sets in but that's okay because I'm used to it now and I look forward to these Adventures Upon This Way.

My dogs don't even realize it's wet and cold out they just know that it's always time to play, it's always time to play, we are not like the dogs in fact, we go different upon our way, different upon our way. let you leave some positive energy wherever it is you go today, wherever it is you go today.

Tesla Battery Electrical Grid Redundancy In the Green Era ~ Part Two

I would never want us to see families that owned a lot of land to one day have to take that land and divide it and give it away. It's just a mathematical fact that we had fewer citizens in the early days and therefore of course the opportunity to own larger tracts of land. indeed land was often offered to people that wanted to settle in those areas and typically in those early days that was for the means of cultivation.

I would like us to see our federal government open up land grabs for non land owners and those that would like to return to more organic if not completely organic ways of forming but through the use of modern science in terms of the most efficient ways to raise crops. that could be for a farm, for example, that is run on solar and instead of just being a field could be a very tall building with floor after floor after floor of crops that can be grown year-round, but I don't mean to be limited to just that type of philosophy, as there would be many things that would apply in those regards perhaps.

That could be the bridge that would help us overcome this so desperately critical facet of the overall equation that seems broken of which we move forward not respecting the formula so offered already and proven as effective, that being the Constitution of the United States and its inalienable Bill of Rights, and when things don't work it is those routes we must always return to inspect with the greatest scrutiny.

Tesla Battery Electrical Grid Redundancy In the Green Era ~ Part One

In the military in particular there is a practice called redundancy.

Many people knock green energy and say that it will not be available during certain types of "events", we will just say. Several times for example when green energy wasn't available, it was Coal Fired plants that were fired up and able to fill that void that we the citizens needed across our country as well as to keep our factories and workplaces alive during these critical loads on the infrastructure.

This article outlines a few things but perhaps one of the most important things is the ability to plug in additional electricity from another source when a coal-fired plant goes down for example. Things philosophically work both ways, and alternatives are always better to have than the opposite.

Elon Musk has set stark and stunning examples across many fields to me proving that he is not only a great manager of people but one of the finest engineers in the world and a completely out of the box thinker that is a leader not by word of mouth but by example.

We don't ride the cusp with old technology we push over that cusp and Forge ahead by trusting that we have the finest mathematicians scientists doctors engineers really when it gets to a point it's kind of like call them what you will, they're just great professionals that are dedicated and driven to give everything they have towards goals that are larger than themselves, and that give back gifts to humanity that make the finite time we get seem to last a little bit longer.

I personally believe in redundancy because it saves lives and enhances lives and it helps us push through to the other side of development where we can set the example and offers a very smooth transition and again that maybe not complimentary necessarily but redundancy that can both fill and bridge the gap.

As far as focus goes, there are many negative things across the United States that are exploited across social media daily but there are many great places to focus and the green era will continue to unfold with greater technological advances, more efficiency, and a greater standard of living for the entire world and it will only get better when we all learn how to get along much better together and grow better into mental and emotional adults where we can have conversation with dissenting views and not hold just hatred at the end of those arguments. I wish I could make a smooth transition there about redundancy but that wasn't really my final point. I just want to see continued to further progress enhancing technology that is constantly developing at a more and more rapid pace employing people from any and all walks of life that so made shoes to challenge them self through education and hard work and introduce challenging and rewarding fields.

There are so many things that are exciting happening all around us that we should be embracing and coming together as a nation and collectively as a world where the ideas of nationalism and globalism can both reinforce one another maybe in such a way not as redundancy but at least maybe some kind of separate but complementary redundancy perhaps, and it is supposed to be the great flexibility of the Constitution of the United States of America and its inalienable Bill of Rights that grant us the opportunity that guarantee in our pursuit of happiness that as long as we follow the letter of the law with respect for our country it will only follow that we will better respect our people amongst us and embrace all, without even the inkling of an idea of discrimination.

I would say there is great redundancy built into the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to a great degree in that redundancy is freedom. That redundancy is not just the personal freedom that each and every one of us has but that we will As Americans the man that for the greater world to the best of our ability by being an example in a defender of freedom and not the aggressor where avoidable.

we are supposed to have a system of checks and balances and that system indeed works when each individual branch of the government is managed properly and management is really what we're talking about on a greater level when you look in the federal government. you can't really put it all into one box so to speak philosophically or theoretically but you have to really give management the upper hand with the greatest emphasis if you want to understand how to run an organization that's the real key but not the only key, it's one big key on a massive set of keys with many various sizes and purposes.

I always liked the idea of redundancy because redundancy guarantees options and again it is options that help us to have better healthier lives where we can exercise our freedoms and prosper individually and collectively and I find all of this great new science completely mind-blowing and such a wonderful place amongst Mini where we can exercise potatoes freedoms in the pursuit of happiness and the promise of a better tomorrow, that Legacy we should leave to everybody else.

Didn't mean to be overly emotional or over the passion that there that's just me, and I just woke up with much on my mind and I'm always excited to wake up to positive news like this.

Furthermore, thinking upon the use of the word redundancy. if one wanted to make an argument, it could be used the way I've used it above and me and complete opposite things from one another. Check out the word and its definitions plural, carefully. It's quite interesting. My implication here is redundancy such that there is at least a backup or complementary system to one already in place. I definition number one most often given, that would mean that the lesser of the systems would no longer be employable, however that's a flawed philosophy because just because something appears lesser, does not mean it cannot contribute at the most important times, and at the greater calling fill a void when the rest of us cannot count on one another. Lest we never forget these interesting ideas because the consequences basically lead us to where we are today and we sure could have gotten here upon a much smoother path with respect to each and everyone of us as individuals more and with the idea and passion that life is valuable and that nobody becomes unemployable.

After several conclusions now I'm doing to make a transition back to green era philosophy. I don't want to say that this is a flaw in the philosophy but it is a obstacle that we have yet overcome, and that is that through some of these more efficient systems especially with the Advent of modern Robotics and automation across multiple marketplaces and most especially in the industrialized aspect of factories, we have displaced our own population, removing them from only one side of the equal sign of this equation and striking a deep mathematical imperfection, which proves only a flaw we must quickly address And not the ways we have even started to think about today.

Shifting back to redundancy, one must think, just because a new system is more efficient, should it fully replace the system that it seems to emulate and/or perhaps by different means, but for the same end goal , or evolve, on perhaps the other hand?  is it not a huge and massive flaw to leave people out of the overall equation when that means that we are unemployed people through the use of more modern machinery? This would be the other definition of redundancy.

You can choose to be a nationalist or you can choose to be a globalist and I don't mean so much politically but philosophically. If you choose citizenship in the United States, you should buy right and privilege be a nationalist, and that does not mean that there's not room to accommodate globalist views as well. But, such that federal laws trumps state laws, it's only a natural order that nationalism should first rule over the philosophy of globalism. I don't always find them fully in opposition of one another and again I think the world's quite accommodating and the goals to both sides can be met and my main principle is to always maintain peace first when so offered because it's always the most desirable choice.

the biggest problem we have not solved on a national and on a global level is that we have not been able to employ massive amounts of people that want to work. You can study any facet of society and social groups and cultures across the board and you will always find that when the people are not able to be employed and support themselves and their family, and thus there  Pride literally ripped and Stripped Away, then you will have more civil unrest and it is through that civil unrest that problems both first proliferate and then seemingly Cascade 4th. It will be a great new day when we Bridge these gaps and learn how to read employee the people.

We once had this great movement where people went West  in the pursuit of happiness because as Americans we always believe it exists and that we just have to seek it. One of my greatest dreams today is that the federal government will offer land grabs once again and assistant similar to Roosevelt with the New Deal and the Civilian Conservation Corp. we would be working hard on our infrastructure and placing millions of people back into the work Marketplace and with the land grab and modern and center and Progressive means we could become the great agricultural country not that we already are but furthermore that we should be, because it seems we settle for too little when we could settle for greatness that crushes a current greatness we already hold in some regards. I feel like we have left our agricultural roots with great and deep disrespect when we have forgotten the farmer and the family and the Earth, almost as if severed from our own bloodlines, Our Roots, our nourishment. I find that a critical flaw as well that we must overcome today and I also see as this a problem.
