Healing after having a pacemaker and defibrillator implanted and others in my group for support on Facebook experienced similar anxiety after loud noises or any type of anxious settings that are sudden onset and trigger the flight or fight syndrome
I think all of our nerves have been shot for a long time and then we start healing and our heart is working better and stronger and now and we get an adrenaline shot it's like 10 times normal or something crazy because everything is functioning properly. That's what I feel like because I heard a loud crack the other day and it scared the you-know-what out of me and I'm not typically like that either and so it alarmed me but then I realize hey I'm healthier than ever and that's a natural flight or fight response and if I needed that energy to blast off and save myself I had it. That let me feel assured and calmed me down but until we learn to think through these things more thoroughly and logically and rationally trying to learn our new bodies, it can be confusing as hell and it's difficult when we don't have guides. We must continue to communicate like this and cross pollinate our ideas and our experience because it is these coping mechanisms that make this transition turning into a cyborg a hell of a lot easier. nobody seems to understand or give a good goddamn about the trauma that I experienced and I was dead and revived and all the way to I'm almost 10 months past that time of August 12th 2018 and today I have a normal and perfect day and in less than 60 days I will be seeing my cardiologist to adjust the pacemaker and meds and review the most recent round of lab work and my echocardiogram and I found out today so far from my regular doctor that my ejection fraction was 55% which is incredible ! I see theorized about the loud bang and my adrenaline the other day and to learn today that my ejection fraction is so high and is an excellent sign only confirms and again reassures my thoughts exactly as I outlined herein. I feel like my metabolism has sped up and of course I am more active and burning more calories anyway also so I just keep getting more pumped up in the more excited and accomplishing more and more and I just hope we all slowly pace ourselves and slowly enjoy the changes we make as we heal and move into these new lives. I pray that we all made know new lives and happiness, many of us have struggled a long time. I hope that may help. I hope your anxiety eases... everyone in here seems like such a wonderful kind caring into emotional people and I think we all have anxiety and are quite I'll say overly emotional often that's just my hunch from everything I read in all of these threads in the last 10 months. I'm trying to breathe a little deeper and smile a little bit more and push a little harder each day can develop better better coping mechanisms as I fight back against heart disease for every minute I can get. Let's evolve the way we conduct business here, such that it is balanced and sensible and logical and fair.
We can become simply more efficient (distribution) and by cutting waste alone, immediately achieve this goal and quickly start becoming a healthier world.
What would you think about a scientifically based in to see based upon nutrition that would rate a food and then be able to be utilized to calculate tax. The less healthy the food the more tax you will pay on it and the more healthy a food the less tax you will pay on it, and if the food is deemed the top rating it will have zero tax.
There will be guidelines here such that we do not want to hurt any existing businesses and we also do not want to hurt any households or individuals meaning financially for the businesses and the bottom line of health and a balance in budgetary needs from the individual or family perspective.
We should merely implement and look for administrative changes that will be sufficient in such ways that by increased efficiency and again through distribution we should easily be able to maintain these goals and also with the texts schedule above or something similar to it achieve even greater goals more quickly. If you want to eat poorly you should pay extra.
We could have this instead of health insurance payments.
All health insurance then would be paid upfront by the entire populace and it would be front end loaded and a healthy country where everybody would buy the healthiest food would end up being the country that had to spend the most out of pocket for their citizens on health insurance but they will have such a healthy tax base that that will never be an issue.
It's time we return to simple basic common sense government for the people, and where we can cut your credit paperwork we will greatly to find savings as well and we must emphasize more than ever a complete transfer to digitizing everything we do, however that never ever means we do not keep copies and backups and through redundancy at least two other systems of communication in case this should fail.

if you know what factor you were going to adjust on one side of the equation and you know every single factor that is involved with the equation, then you can most definitely adjust of the right side and this is a practice that must be used in our judgment and if you want to understand more about it you can study the equilibrium quotient which is the letter Q, and these mathematical theories and concepts of proof will be self-evident after your due diligence has been done. this mathematical exists today and is studied and practiced by the respected professionals, however it seems that few understand the practical applications and I've been trying to emphasize that for about a decade now !
I have a decent mathematical ability and natural neck and I also have a wonderful business since when I have the full picture which is difficult to develop in some businesses but once I have a grasp on that it's not hard for me to see what I have described above.
It's better if you have an accountant and you have a committee and you have organization and then you are able to compare all of these data sets in their proper places and but using percentages then develop the knowing this of where each manipulation needs to be made and what happens here is when you study a system you can easily find where it is flawed but again you must know all the factors however business is not mystery that's why we use mathematics in a monetary system. Without studying, we don't evolve efficiently.
Well I hope this will stimulate some thought and get us moving in the right direction to solve the largest problems the world has ever faced with the largest population we have ever known in recorded history and also with the largest retirement generation in recorded history going into retirement alongside a medical professional shortage. I'm not trying to be negative as indeed I'm actually the eternal optimist, however the facts are what the facts are and to objectively quantify them is critical and it is something that is a realization that must coming to acceptance quickly or else we are not going to be able to deal with it and there's already proof of that evident fact all around us. We are failing on a wholesale level.
When it comes to the topic of corrections which is what happens to criminals that are introduced into it through the courts, we also must provide better food. To give such terrible interest in is absolutely cruel and unusual punishment and this can be proven scientifically. A prisoner should be fed the finest food if there's true hope of corrections and in the rare case that we believe somebody cannot be corrected they still should have the funniest food as we should not treat one single individual any different from others.
I am for the death penalty but only in the most extreme cases and where there is one hundred percent inarguable proof that would be evident and obvious to any logical and reasonable sane person.
We have a massive feeling in the area of corrections and it really starts at home because it is at home where the proper values are not in staled and we breed criminals societally speaking. we as a society are failing and we as a society must change nothing else can articulate the facts or the answers as clearly.
No prison or jail should ever be run for profit and this should be made illegal. It makes the goal of correcting the criminal aside distraction because business and making money becomes the emphasis.

It's probably the only answer that exists that starts turning the tide.

If your body was a car, would you want to fill it with polluted gas? that's the way most of you eat every single day and fuel your body. Why?
The body is a system of organs many of them filters and it's obvious isn't it that they don't last for ever? Why would you purposefully keep pumping in such hideous fuel?
Whatever are the most damaging items should be taxed more if that means we deem sugar and salt the most damaging items then they should be taxed very heavily and left out of the market place so that we can return to more natural foods and it's very easy to get past bland with simple natural herbs.
When it comes to preservatives, if we study Amazon and their recent changes and distribution of, we will see that there is no reason that anything needs to last long on the shelf and have long shelf life because most of the food will be eaten quickly. fresh food is healthier food and it matters not what kind most of the time. Of course some things that are fermenting or cultured well then we're talking about a completely different subset of situations.
It is a fact that there's less natural nutritious content in food today than there was a short time ago as well and we need to straighten this out too.
Would you try to fix something else on your car if you knew 100% for sure you kept putting polluted fuel in it in that was not making it run right?
I can write about and talk about nutrition all day and I could cite the science here but I would like you to do your own due diligence. I've been around for half a century and I have survived some horrendous physical health issues. While I was young I attended West Point wrestling camp 5 time and we had some incredible nutritionists there that were doctors that taught us.
Those lessons from 1981 to 1986 are still fully applicable today !
study nutrition and trust your intuition and learn how to become a healthier person a little bit better each day and watch your own IQ points grow. You can tell that you were thinking smoother and clear and that you are brighter and sharper and watch what happens to your mood and you're ailments they will just start slowly melting away and then more quickly but you must give yourself time.
In a year or 18 months, you can be a completely different person. And it shore 18 months the whole world can evolved instantly !!! Garanteed !!! If we all eat well and have access to healthy fresh food at reasonable prices !!!

Cumberland, Maryland & the U.S.A., Growth and Vision 2019 and Forward ~ Part Two
It Is prophesized by many that this is the age of the indigo child, which without a doubt I am, and that it is these indigo children that will restore the sanity in the balance of equilibrium to the world in regards to where the human beings are making the mistakes. if you continue to feed the indigos Ritalin an adderal, you smother and choke out the possibility of an even brighter future. Have you seen yet that pharmaceutical medications are less likely the better way to healing and should truly be used minimally and only in last resort. My doctors rarely asked me about exercise and nutrition. My heart doctors always ask me about this but by the time you're at the cardiologist... Well you get my point.
We have a brand new state-of-the-art high school so we have no excuse to not instill the finest of principles and offer the best of education in our area now at our new Allegany high School. Go Campers !!!
I'm going to say it now. We will build a new high school for fort Hill too very soon once we find a sponsor and we show the world what a technology Center to high school that is built through sponsorship money complemented by the state and the federal government can produce. We will have a specialized high school if my vision comes to fruition, in which the transition from this tech high School straight into a college that is high-tech will be smoother than in the past. The curriculums will be made to be consistent and this job market is exploding right now. Here's the problem with the high-tech jobs oh, there are not enough trained qualified people currently to fill all the positions.
What this means is that in this great day and age of automation and artificial intelligence upon the internet of things we are building factories that we cannot even fully staff completely yet and this only slows the gears of the giant machine of new industry that we are building.
It is the United States, as usual, that typically sets the bar highest of all four others to follow and it is because of our unrelenting drive to be the best and to never accept that the greatness we share today will stagnate.
If you want to study of microcosm so that you will know what will work in a larger City, study Cumberland, Maryland. You will quickly identify the shortfalls and the assets and be able to manage is City or society better than today and for those that think that this type of philosophy doesn't exist, you're deeply mistaken. It is taught in the colleges.
There is much exciting news over the immediate horizon and the subsequent horizons to follow and I am so deeply excited about the change that I'm watching here in this beautiful city of Cumberland where I reside.
It's more beautiful than anything to see the collective Spirit of the city rising up and strengthening in the face of maybe it's greatest diversity ever truly, and that is this massive drug epidemic that is hurting the entire country.
You can think whatever you want about an addict and you can think whatever you want about if they deserve whatever they get or not, but you cannot argue that these drugs are not being made in China or at least their raw materials, and being shipped to the United States through multiple ports, and that we are under direct chemical attack !
You can't argue with me most certainly because I'm not going to engage on that level and I've done my due diligence and still keep an open mind realizing that everything always changes.
The greatest burden on our society now is this !!!!!!!
Some of the war tactics in Vietnam were injuring the enemy and maiming them in such a way that to care for one you remove several from the field of war. This is a specific fighting tactic and tell me does this philosophy not apply to what is happening with fentanyl and narcotics across our country?
Thhere has been a hundreds of billions of dollars in damage and that money should be paid back to the United States by China who has done nothing but profit on illicit substances and raw chemicals that should never be able to leave or cross their borders and they have failed many other countries and governments such that why should we trust nation-states that will allow these atrocities to continue ?
I have been writing countless politicians and working hard on the drug problem here for a very long time as I observe at close hand and use my knowledge of assimilated through my course studies from yesteryear in college and continue daily to do my due diligence to try to solve some of these issues that are killing my community and communities across this country.
I don't think my patriotism is natural, I think it's completely instilled and that would most likely be because not only my father but my brother 2 attended West Point. My father was a Mason and I was in demolay. I grew up just outside of Washington DC and Alexandria on land that was once George Washington's farm. George Washington was he that had the idea for West Point. George Washington had a headquarters right here in Cumberland Maryland which still remains and can be visited and most certainly should, and he also travel to Pittsburgh where I once owned a home and so it is for some reason my life's path has somehow paralleled his in some kind of uncanny ways and it's really mostly what I'm naturally drawn to at least geographically speaking.
Do you have great values instilled in youth is priceless more so than any education you will ever receive. If these values are not in still by strong parents it's far too easy for the unguided to make mistakes before they understand how costly these mistakes can be, often costing them countless years or perhaps a lifetime of broken dreams.
I'm praying we will all help to become a part of those families and continue to instill, even more so than ever, strong principles so that each person's desired pursuit of happiness can be fulfilled.
To see the growing prosperity around us here and to know that Maryland has raised the bar legally to guarantee those making only minimum wage will now be able to make a wage that is more in line with fairness, we will watch the rest of industry pick up and continue to grow. Keep watching the main economic numbers of prediction because they have been stellar and getting better !
It is well known that China has sat on scrap for a long time so that they would have a lot of raw materials and since that drives the price down the scrap price is very poor right now and we must be very very careful to let China not f****** corner any of these markets as we have allowed them to do !
To correct this, I think we should make a steep increase in the price of scrap if we are to sell it to another country. The price of that scrap can be consistent to what our own market here dictates. Right now we have false market indices because of their economic tampering and the stupidity of policies and politicians that allowed these crimes because we had safeguards in place and when those safeguards are broken, it's criminal. That doesn't mean that prosecution is as easy as pointing to the sky and saying look can we agree that's blue?
I'm thankful for the progress that we have made over the last few decades even in the face of the political turmoil here at home. You have to understand we trust our system so much here in the United States that we are willing to let almost anybody out of the blue run the whole entire show you know for years from each swearing in. Who else has confidence in a system of government like that?
Once the current political paradigms have been smashed and we get back to basics, we can continue on an exponentially growing pace for this community, county, city, state, country and rebuilding, and again look around and you'll see it's most definitely happening and at an already regularly increasing pace.
It is very hard to argue against policy during the times of the lowest unemployment numbers in recorded history or second to that fact.
Volunteerism is the number one spirit that has been lacking for at least 20 to 30 years and there's no way to emphasize enough that this is something we must return to in full force.
start at your local hospital, your local Red Cross, your local YMCA or place another organization in your mind that is congruent with your own inner feelings and go help fulfill your dreams there by helping others to fulfill theirs as well. Imagine if you had 20 people helping you fulfill your dreams and they each had 20 people helping them, or you can continue to do it alone.
I think we've all been doing it alone long enough and that's because we've been purposefully distracted with other tactics to continue to crush and tear us apart very methodically and very slowly and the reason it's done methodically and slowly is so that that change can be permanent. The damage is desired to be permanent upon Our people and upon Our country !
Please be not naive anymore and do your due diligence daily and ask where can you serve to promote life.
The blessings are,... less suffering around us and a healthier environment and even better facilities and protocols for human beings to thrive under and higher wages in a better and growing economy, I don't know what is worthy in trade of that?

Cumberland, Maryland & the U.S.A., Growth and Vision 2019 and Forward ~ Part One
Friday I spent time driving around Cumberland having to do a few errands and having to go get some lab work done at the hospital and then heading down to the Embassy theater to work for a little bit.
As I was driving along during daylight hours observing different vehicles with bicycles or boats on them, and I saw quite a few, I had this overwhelming feeling that our area has finally truly turned the corner on being gutted in the late 70s and early 80s.
Recently we have had a spa and resort casino start running as a business successfully no longer continuing to be estate liability but instead a profitable venture, we have had Love's truck stop, we have had a brand new Hampton inn right down the street from me, a beautiful new hotel downtown near Canal Place, a beautiful new theater downtown, and on and on etc etc etc
It takes a long time to see progress and if you're looking around you can see the progress now if it's out by the brand new hospital or down by the new courthouse, look around and look at the masonry work that's getting repaired and look at the new construction and look how the dilapidated houses are disappearing.
We are a great magnet for those that love the outdoors and the arts and our Rich heritage and history and we must continue to keep pushing hard because as these only develop further we are going to draw Eva more families to the area that are ready to locate in this very green friendly warm and progressive re-emerging city.
We have the Western Maryland Health system's new campus here which is now going to be combining with UPMC out of Pittsburgh and I have to say that these state-of-the-art facilities and these incredible teams of doctors and medical professionals saved my life!
When you understand thoroughly what I survived, you have to realize that what they are doing down the street from my home is exercising the finest Medical Science in the world right now perhaps !
Just a few years ago the Washington Post suggested that they should be the hospital that the rest of the hospitals across the country emulate, and I cannot argue there.
It is a great and incredible feet to build a new hospital and move to other ones into the new facility and then try to get the machine running smoothly, and I can assure you they have done that and their emphasis and forte is only on making this very efficient machine even more efficient.
If you are one that is retiring and you were looking for the most values for your money and you want to live in an area that will have less pollution in Moore outdoor activities, I have been telling you for over two decades that Cumberland is the place !
We have the world's finest bluegrass festival hosted by Cumberland Maryland and with the finest ambassador in bluegrass music, just check out the rolling Stone magazine on del mccoury, in del mccoury and his entire family and they only the key to the city as far as I am personally concerned.
That man and his family and the organizers of this festival have paved a way for those that are suffering to prosperity, and these good and great deeds should definitely did not go unnoted. The amount of time and energy that is volunteer that is put into this festival is absolutely astounding and to hear the stories of my artist friends, many of the musicians too, is incredible because they just cannot get enough of this festival. If you go once, you'll be back.
Where else can you live and be right smack in the middle of three major cities? Washington DC the nation's capital at 125 miles away. Pittsburgh the nation's 12th most populated city and also 125 miles away and Baltimore with the beautiful scenic inner harbor the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles and countless incredible activities also 125 miles away.
There are problems here just like every urban area but we are in microcosm to the big urban areas where here we only have a very small City population of 15 to 20,000 on the upper limit at this time by population, that circumscribes us almost completely as part of that circumscribing would be a tiny tiny percentage of West Virginia, and so my greater point is there these are much more manageable problems and we certainly have the right teams in place to take care of the issues here at home. If you want to know the Crux of all the problems it is 100% the judges in the legislature !!! It doesn't matter where you are, if you think there's too much crime in any particular portion of the United States, study the judges of the legislature and you will see very clearly that when you do not enforce the laws chaos will certainly follow. It really started when we adopted management styles that mirrored Japan's management style and what that made happened was we cut out a lot of middle management which always means cutting personnel that means cutting jobs that means raising unemployment.
That was the start of the destruction.
As things further unraveled it was easier and easier to dismantle the big machine.

Just down the road we have Frostburg State University 12 mile West actually Southwest, and a mile from my home across the street from the Western Maryland Health System is the beautiful campus of the Allegany college of Maryland, formerly known as Allegany Community College.
Maryland is open for business and if you study the numbers well they speak for themselves.
We are building new tax base and we are building new infrastructure and upgrading old and we are growing and the proof is all around us.
Frostburg State University has a new over 100 million dollar tech building and that will further draw the Green arrow industry into our area and those that will teach this do the up and coming generations as we thrive well we push forward and now it has been stated that Maryland has a goal of becoming 100% green and energy regards by the year 2023 I believe it is or maybe 2029. Whichever that is and you may correct me in the comments down below or verify, it is very soon and it is something everybody has argued against and argued against but look around you for crying out loud your arguments are failures and logic and rationale because what you are seeing is working.
in 2010 I was honored to be published by the United States Department of Energy and it is emulating this precise formula which was really rather simple. it has helped big business, it is certainly shifted and changed and created multiple new marketplaces, it has made America and other countries more energy dependent which will only help to promote peace which helps to promote life, it has further taking away the denominations across every sector or every facet you want to examine that are only meant to divide, as each country is safer and more energy independent they will have more money for their own infrastructure in their own citizens and together we are building a better world such that those globalist views can still be embraced alongside nationalism it does not have to be a one or the other type of thing. Where we thrive the world will thrive with us and we're other countries thrive the world will thrive with them too and we all must carry that load together and this reorganizing is happening and we must find patients that we should all exercise and trust in the change that you were watching transpire all around you. If you have energy to fight or argue non-stop you certainly have too much energy on your hands and should be hard at work in your labor so that the fruits of that labor will benefit not only yourself but the future generations to come because that's what we agree upon in a civilized society where we respect another and the laws of that society that together we have agreed to build.
I don't have time to argue about politics. I know what promotes life. Anything else is a lie and is evil. Keep it simple like that and let's get on with this process of healing as individuals, as families, as communities, as States, as a country, as countries in general, and as a nation.
