Three packages of ramen noodles with or without Sprinkle seasoning up to you
Two cans of mushroom soup 12 oz Each
One can of breadcrumbs use as needed you will not even use 1/3 so use gingerly and put aside in a cup so you don't dump the entire thing in by accident.
Extra ingredients:
Strips of pork beef
Chunks of chicken breasts are incredible but for a different taste
Dark meat is great to to compliment a darker beef broth for example especially if you decide to use the mushroom suit because you could use broccoli soup or any other cream of condensed version of whatever flavor you like be creative that's the whole point of cooking you're going to make something you want to eat and something that you're going to enjoy otherwise why take the time nor seen your body? I promote you to please be extremely creative but if you're less experience stick to the basic guidelines and they're just guidelines you get more comfortable and you'll just trust and have faith that that will come through experience, then you can adjust a little more or a little less of this and that or hey what about this ingredient I don't know what made me think of it but when I took that second by oh my gosh my mouth just watered and I thought wow what this really needs is and there you go make it your own own the recipe. Are we not what we eat, call me Ramen. I'm just concerned about the fall of the Roman Empire! Lol and you got to stay light-hearted in the truth is light food keeps you lighter hearted cuz it doesn't weigh you down when toxic food that pleats you is awful lot for the body's organic filtering systems to flush out so think along those lines because think about how much water has to run through your system to purge out the garbage. When you're sick you can't get enough water cause your body is Flushing in Flushing and flushing in Flushing in Flushing looking to push all that stuff out and away as it makes you ill and we have powerful systems at work if you let them work but when you do not hydrate, you dry up the factories completely and they quit and then the workers don't show up in other jobs start failing and other entire system start breaking down and they are interconnected mostly the gut in the brain were proven in January of 2017 to be directly related as the gut probiotic, a very specific one, make sure you need molecule, that means a molecule that exists nowhere else in nature until that probiotic makes it. So again you don't got much and we're trying to make the best we can and this is what I came up with tonight because I didn't have hardly a thing to eat on this Christmas morning with snow flurries and me and my two dogs in my kitty cat in my bird but there's enough food and I can throw anything together I have flour I have grits I have oats but I don't have any eggs. I have plenty of other things but no meat at all unless you count bologna cuz I have a pound of that but it's frozen hard. More food will come but I didn't mean to get this low one month supply but that's when the fun of creative cooking often starts but not always as it's always fun to use Creative Flair in the kitchen.
I would add diced scallions or just regular diced onions whatever type of onion you like
Ramps if you're in an area where there seasonal
Garlic just a close as it's powerful but a great detoxifier and blood cleanser although it's known to be a neurotoxin too so don't overdo it and we're really not supposed to give it to our pets Believe It or Not although it won't kill him again and neurotoxin that means a poison to the brain.
My my personal favorite here would be very thin strips of beef and you can cook them right in the water before you add the bread crumbs and if I'm making it this way personally I want it really like like a soup and heck I may not even add the bread crumbs that really depends on if I want something heavy and warm that touches the soul like soul food kind of and sticks with you in those winter months especially or if I'm looking to get my fill on but travel lights till afterwards even though I'm solid with my food.
And look here ramen noodles aren't the best thing for you but when you got a few things sitting around, and these are things I keep for those days when I don't have anything else, it's a meal and it hits the spot in once in a while they will never hurt you but I would never recommend eating these every single day and not even close to it once a month okay and even once a week so K but really more than that why bother read the ingredients again all things in moderation but watch anything that's not organic that's just a word to the wise for we know not what awaits us with the synthetics completely.
Boil water enough to cover noodles by 1 inch stir noodles and wants soft add two cans of mushroom noodle soup and stir now stir in your bread crumbs a little bit at a time until it's to the desired thickness you like. This is either a soup or heavier like a stuffing.
So this isn't an earth-shattering recipe but here's what it is. You have less than a dollar and ramen noodles maybe $0.20 a piece or $0.25 a piece so let's say 60 to $0.75. You have two cans of mushroom soup condensed $1. You have water on tap and so just say $0.10 and that's probably really more like a penny. If you don't have bread crumbs around don't even bother reading anymore LOL just kidding it really you can use any bread crumbs you want my favorites to save up bread ends and then when I have six or eight or whatever and I want to eat stuffing I put them in the toaster and I chop them up into croutons sizes when the bread is turned to toast. then you can just saute your celery and your onions in your innards and then add the bread crumbs and slowly stirring warm water and you can do the warm water first and then the breadcrumbs depends on what you want but I try to get things done so that it's notand fillings below with the bread crumbs on top this would let others serve as desired and keep it much fresher much longer.
When I start thinking about food one ingredients leads me to fireworks in the mind about whole other dishes or whole other ingredients for this dish I'm working on and so it's fun to jump around a little bit but you get the basic idea I can't never outline enough being creative but above and beyond all in all walks of life and then each and every action just Safety First is the most important thing.
