I'm not trying to complain but...

About mid-october I had a wisdom tooth extraction that left a perforation and it feels like about half of my jaw was ripped off near that tooth.

This is taking so much out of me I can't even explain.

...of the health debunked whole of August 2018, I feel like this has been far tougher but I'm getting on the better side of it at long last.

I'm most often exhausted. I do what I can for a little while and then it's back to sleep. 

I need to exercise the heart but I'm not ready yet. My body needs it in my heart needs it but my energy level from fighting this tooth infection and everything else that has just been an unbelievable toll.

I'm so thankful for the beautiful rut of winter hibernation and I am like a bear and it bothers me not a bit oh, so much so that I quite enjoy living in these cold brisk mountains where we can hide away for a few months and collect ourselves in our thoughts. In all reality, I couldn't be in a better place.

I'm healing well and it's just taking time... and I'm trying to get to know the new me also.

The most important lesson of everything I've ever been through in life is that you just shouldn't count on people because they will dependably let you down.

Without expectations how can one be let down?

Especially don't expect the most from those that should be able to provide it cuz they will crush you in the biggest way, and often happily.

People are mostly despicable more in the more it seems today, but perhaps my perspective is skewed, only because of each of you, each of you.

Give people the opportunity to f*** you and see what happens.

This is almost precisely what I suggested in my blog in 2018/2019. I blog because... ideas "out there" cross-pollinating with others' ideas are far better than ideas kept to the self.

The problem will be, as I've suggested, that someone will make a concentrate, for understandable reasons, but it will likely then be abused, as that's the sad truthful progression.

scientifically, we would like to have it concentrated so it's easier to utilize in a smaller quantity. Easier to transport. easier to hide the nasty flavor of its alkaloid essence, bitter...

But I, there's the rub too...

Because of its alkaloid essence being bitter... would make you not want to consume a lot of it, and thus why its natural form as a ground leaf made into tea is perfect because it is hard to drink too much and if you do you will just puke and not die.

H7MG & MG are the active compounds, FYI. Mg for Mitragyna Speciosa, it's scientific name.

those two active ingredients are one related to gardenia, and the other related to coffee. the gardenia like one gives you the stimulating and painrelieving  narcotic like affect which indeed works with the narcotic receptors in the brain neurons. The other is stimulating like coffee.

Fascinating, and lots more f science KNOWN perfectly about this "food additticve" which is a fine label legally, but lots of game playing there also which doesn't need to take place today. Let's call this compound a drug since it works with certain receptors that we are aware of and regulated as a food additive, because it is indeed safe.

When I say it's safe I'm not talking about it when it's contaminated. That's precisely why I suggested the testing.

Every single lab should be able to offer testing at all high-tech colleges, and therefore have state and federal licensing and labeling available for this and anticipated other compounds that we could at least not maybe regulate but have quality control over at a minimum.

Do you understand my medical history and that I have been using this only after my massive event of August in 2018, and you understand that I have done my due diligence, then you can talk to me about this not ignorantly and not naively.

My journey is longer and harder than you will hear from most and much of it almost not even believable. I am a survivor with a can do attitude and a can-do spirit that has a great and deep lust For Life and wanting to return to sharing valuable time with my beloved friends and family and I have worked very hard towards that end, with it being the only goal in my life since August 12th 2018. Everything else has been absolutely secondary. No different than before my event, I listening to my body keenly and I get help when I need it and I don't care what others think about my physical ailments or problems. I have lived over half-a-century with others doubting me and I have half the centuries and  two years of medical documents surrounding me that prove my courageous truths... of all the medical debacles I have ever had, nothing has hurt me like those that doubt my word.

Going Home ~ A Calling Within ~ Lessons Many ~ Cyborg∆Steve

At 52, I understand when you have a call and within that starts calling you home.

You can't say that you understand it before your time, because that just wouldn't be the truth for anybody.

I don't want to depart anytime soon and I adore this life and I will continue to fight to make this a better world for all well I am in it and I will give all I have in those regards, and at the same time I am looking so very forward to the beautiful place I am going, back home.

I'm saddened by the state of affairs on this Earth and that we are so cruel to one another. 

Every time a child gets bullied it gets worse. Every time you make fun of anybody, it gets worse. When you hurt another it gets worse.

I don't mind getting the call. Not everybody gets it. It's kind of nice to be able to say farewell and get your house into order so to speak. It's a good way to live your life anyway because it takes practice and discipline which always bears more fruit which always makes us of more service to ourselves and to others.

Some never get the call. Well they might not in this lifetime.

If there are lessons within, take them please, and be well upon your way.

John Bolton, the hawk, would have had us throes of World War 3 right now.

I want you to think about who was urging War !!!!!!!

I want you to think about who has steered us clear of it.

Get over the personalities and start looking at realistic outcomes. The proof is fact and that proof is now past in the world has seen it. 

The consensus of the world demands Peace !!!!!!!

It is going to be beautiful to see the proper order and prosperity re-emerge and just the natural flow and balance of the world take charge again.

Think of all of those decisions that have been made recently and who would have been making them and what direction they would have been in and where that would have let us had anything else been different.

Could you imagine if something bigger than 9/11 was just about to happen but was prevented. Just conjecture a little bit that a rogue General was about to really do some pretty insane stuff and this was a network of people all over the place. he has been removed and now those that have been hoodwinked have been asked to stand down bye those that, they look up to and they realize that, like we realized, we have all been lied to.

There's no more narrative to buy and there's only one agenda and that is peace. there's only one agenda and that is for more of our troops to come home and stay home then leave.

I want to hear precisely how John Bolton would have played all of "this" ?

If this "all" happens and John Bolton is still in the administration, we are now in the middle of a war with Iran.

Instead soon I think we will see a slow and steady reversal of and easing of embargoes and an outstretched hand towards peace but promised with a fistful owing if so needed but never desired and soon with very wishful thoughts to ease that tension much further.

We don't have to see perfectly eye-to-eye but we need to be good principled nations that are both excellent stewards our mother earth. We must learn how to become better neighbors and understand another much better. We all know there's no room for zealots.

Let's all work on striking balance and equilibrium at home and the rest of the ripples will start to smooth out. 

The right professionals in the military and in the intelligence communities are now solving these problems instead of exacerbating these open wounds for decades longer.

We will rebuild this military stronger than ever with the finest technology that it's ever held and with american-made equipment replacing anything from outside of our country the sooner the better, and we will spend less time on foreign soil and we will bring our family members home and protect our country from our borders and our bases abroad.

We are truly interesting a very exciting new time we're Europe can now start to follow the lead of the United States and also rebuild and learn to become better neighbors with all of the Middle East as well and all of our nation states must embrace and assist all of the world's refugees immediately.

John Bolton clearly stated that he wanted to war with Iran. The hawk.

Is that where you would like to be right now? At war with Iran? Imagine that Russia and China immediately get drawn in because they have interests there too, and look at the jackpot where in instantly.

You might not like the president or his maneuvering but can you argue with the outcome? when you do you only play right into the political hands he desires anyway and the outcome further bolsters the political plan that was set out as achievment anyhow.

A terrorist General is terminated. Iran strikes the revenge and now it says we will be a world player. Now, the president will have less power with the war Powers act and thus the executive branch will have better checks and balances as a likely outcome in the future. Who could argue against that? Do you think this was all by design or by accident ???

Forget about yout attitude... your own feelings... look at the outcomes... look at what the product is... understand the dividends. Far less loss of lives is much more a likely outcome already very quickly with the loss of only a very few that were abusing power.

I don't believe it ran is going to be our best friend, but I don't believe Iran will be our enemy any longer. I believe we will ease the embargoes and sanctions end Kern this into a way to help them stabilize their country and help their people and show them that in good faith and in Goodwill 4 the progress the show the help they shall gain. 

Our hand will always be extended towards help and peace first, but there will be a left fist... waiting and trailing, cocked and ready also and always.
