"O'er crystal clear beaming starry nightscapes crossed with white translucent moon beams , I transiently ponder glorious future thoughts as brilliant colorful vivid lucid visions travelling from my mind's eye formulating Faith across our shared fabric of space time and as clear as a motion picture in high definition.
This artistic scientific gift of mind we all share... and for this gift of vision and deep cosmosial (a new word) dynamic universal reflection and / or perception we will all form a new future filled with pure harmony...
I am humbly Thankful for the friends I have...difference makers that inspire...thanks !!!! SCIENCE AND ART ARE EACH A GRAND MASTERPIECE WHEN combined with not greed in mind. ...without you each, I would be a less experienced, less inspired, less compassionate, less lively rejuvenating self today...good words from loved ones heal...thanks...I am not perfect, but I am climbing my minds beautiful wooded golden animal filled mountain towards the heavens beyond...perhaps like a military peak when hiking or skiing...

...breathe deep and think about it as you inhale life in through your nose, through the nostrils, while traveling into the lungs...
...INTO THE HEART OXYEGENATING THE BLOOD OF LIFE...
...thinking of its nourishment and life giving properties all the meanwhille...
...the spirit is with you...breathe even more calmly, deeply, slow your heart with your mind...find tranquility...
imagine...maybe a palm tree at the beach, perhaps a stellar recollection of the cosmos, it's your dream...what do you see?
...it's your time to find your oasis of tranquility...
...and in the meantime gaining an eqaul bodily spiritual healing with the sensory tingling of cheese lingering on the palette as you sip a little wine and delight on flavours you have specially chosen for this time of healing and communing...
...may make you wonder what is nirvana as defined and as you define it...dynamic as well, just as is life, from catterpillar to butterfly, we are always surrounded my metamorphises.
The butterfly has been a sybol of change and freedom...perhaps we need to make out national sybol a butterfly, red white and blue...that will be a writing tomorrow.
so back to the time for the self, you, the deserving for inner peace...these food items and thoughts may portray a dreamy realm of imagination of sensual sexual emotional thougtful changed dynamic tastes as well as spices of life that flavour the very palette of life as perceived through the eye and sensed with the emotions and processed with our intricate and exceptionally quick cerebellums packed with axons, densrites, myelin sheaths, cells, blood, and who know what else or how it really works...but it does...so ponder into relaxation even deeper...
...your very state at "this present moment" can inspire many promises while shedding many veangful holdings not easily relinquished often.
In the discipline of physics as we understand, explain, and beleieve it today, There is a law that states," for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."
...so when we commune alone or with others in His presence whom ever he may be, because we are not suppose to know his name, as it is said and recorded through the eras of recorded time, he is not a name, but He Is Who He Is.
...does that matter any more?...is it worth. death, famine, division, greed?...
my song" BLACK HORSE RIDING" sings about this...philisohically...its music, not the Bible, but it is a perspective to think about and its happening now.
So back to the physics thing- a- ma- jig....
...when we are communing in silent mind, body , spirit, and soul that must have very paramount results, regaurdless of if science can measure them...who know your body best but yourself?...listen to it please...it tells us what to leave and take and we should do so as a Bhudist mink with the thought of intention and thanks for each movement we are so blessed to have as we cruise ever faster through this fascinating voyage.
...now the vision to relax too...
...see thee ADHD yet...back and forth, fluid contimnum, a different rhythm, and nice transitions I hope to bring home the overall synopsis of what I will help heal many people.

well...on that cheese chagrined smiley pallette of the scintillating sensuous tounge tantillizing taste tickles tingling with temptation... find a place of pain that you feel hurts deeply...then focus on the oasis from earlier...your vision...perplex the pain, confuse the pain signals, with natural numbing endorphins and overall well being from enjoying nourishment, or whatever you may desire to enjoy...and you will find within the soul and then body a physicalweightlessness where pain of the body fades, at least marginally or completely, in an instant...because the endorphins block the weight of gravity that presses against our injuries of the skeleton and other tissues, organs, etc.
Mind over matter is an ancient, nearly lost, and very misunderstood science.
It had roots 1,000' of years old and is still practiced worldwide.
Personally, it is my musical writing, poetry, writing srticles such as this, communicatting with friends and family and the like, but the music lifts me into wanting to dance when moments ago I could not walk...what better therapy is there then that with Faith?
...stay dedicated, stay making baby steps, know your boundaries, study your anatomy deeply...find your regimine and heal...modern pill form medicine, although with the benefit of some help, causes atrocious life altering side efftects and birth defects, and only time will tell us more on that issue.
Does yougart do that? Fresh garde home grown veggies from organic, not synthetic seed.
...anyways...i am rEady to write about politics this week too and have a lot to say after my esperiences and studying and interviews as well as observations, and i am very vocal...siO i hop you will stay on the blog and read the fun thought provoking challenges...and either my content is so poor, because i rarely get a comment or emal...or...there really is just a pathetic dumbing down of aqlerica...I mean America...almost ressembled a third world country...

music is o.k, but silence and focus while listening to the directions with eyes closed is the key...the portal to enter through in our mind is deep inside the mind and not visited nearly often enough.
It is a place of pure clarity and enlightenment and has been written of for Eras past and many to come.
...bask as long as you need, for the pain is a great opponent, repsect it and do not let it control you...ever
...the mind, and central nervous sytem may not communicate because thay are damaged as in me, however I recognize the feeling of balance from experience, and although injured, walk well most of the time, but rarely without pain, which i spiritually compartmentalize until prayer time...sometimes often and with tears, and at others times...weeks pass as this healing works, and that is why my overwhelming compassion to share it...
I have several severe spianal cord diagnosis that I would be happy to explain in lay or medical terms to anyone that wants me to share what I have transpired so far...
...just too much to saqy here except that they leave me completely incapacitated at times for days and weeks...that will make you think!!!
...no matter what...your mind must and shall be determined to learn and overcome through works and Faith...or the mustard seed never planted grows not the power to move mountains...and faith is much larger the a mustard seed my friend.
I hope this helps just a soul to heal, and that would be a miracle and a blessing...
