I see all colors thinking backwards as,
we all conspire a visible light spectrum,
and stupidity and ignorance makes me numb,
through poor choices I watched many succumb.
This colorful tree of life we are,
rooted in history to grow evermore,
a rainbow that accepts us each,
Angel wings our together destiny.
A twig, a branch, a trunk, take root,
to each we should should bear God's fruit,
a leaf with light that offers life,
upon the wind kissed in perfect light.
Where we were once together,
I see you always and perfectly still,
always with my friends in my mind,
over life's challenges I shall prevail.
