We have empty hotels all across this country and homeless people too !!!
We have empty high schools and colleges. These are all places with approved and accredited kitchens that are near communities that are near hospitals.
There are management teams in place that could very quickly work with National Guard folks and all of the local and state agencies can start directing homeless folks in that direction.
This would be a simple and efficient manner in which to safely home folks and isolate them in safety and offer proper food and housing for them until we find for them a better future.
The most vulnerable must be addressed first.
