Down In the Hollows ~ MobiusTripz ~ Lyrics

I live down in the deep mountain hollow,
and my heart is even deeper in sorrow,
then these deep down mountain ways,
down in the hollows born, raised, and I will always stay.

An eye for and eye and a tooth for a tooth,
Hammurabi sometimes I agree with you,
some folks just keep pushing others causing such pains,
just mess with me and my folks if you want to see insane!

Chorus:

My rifle loaded and my dog is ready to run,
Mess with me and my people your last setting sun,
The attack would never cease, truth over lies that stung,
I write these words not for action but to be sung.

I prefer live and let live too,
but that only applies to some of you,
others destroying proper dreams,
I will never sit idly as it seems too many do!

Chorus:

My rifle loaded and my dog is ready to run,
Mess with me and my people your last setting sun,
The attack would never cease, truth over lies that stung,
I write these words not for action but to be sung.

Sometimes in the mountains you cannot catch a break,
and everything starts slipping down the mountain fast and far away,
landslides in life that try to rip flesh and promote moral decay,
Down here in the hollows, like many of you others, speak up with something to say!

Chorus: with fade

My rifle loaded and my dog is ready to run,
Mess with me and my people your last setting sun,
The attack would never cease, truth over lies that stung,
I write these words not for action but to be sung.

My rifle loaded and my dog is ready to run,
Mess with me and my people your last setting sun,
The attack would never cease, truth over lies that stung,
I write these words not for action but to be sung.

Cumberland, Maryland

I have met many walks of life upon my own walk of life.

Passion and Faith and Truth have never discriminated and never will.

All walks of life, some chosen, perhaps some not chosen, can harbor and promote the attributes as set forth above, and all can be prosperous, but we are a far cry from there today.

I love where I live, but that does not mean by any means that it is easy.

But, it sure is beautiful and diverse.

The lyrics are simply one perspective, however it's a perspective I often observe in others and one I do not fully subscribe to or promote so much nor do I disagree with sometimes either.

That's the range of diversity, and it truly exists in everything around us.

My plan is setting these lyrics to music, and thus more properly framing a context to them in order for the listener to go on a visual journey of there own while listening.

Samsung Galaxy S3 or SIII Cellular Phone and 4G LTE Network U.S. Cellular

This looks pretty sweet...and I am no phone shopper...but I figure as useful as this one android I have is and how it saves me time and even makes my life more productive, well what am I missing on the newer ones, and I think mine now could be useful for a while like some laptops that just do what's needed.

I could walk away from technology in a second and go to the woods to stay and be content, however, my phone has been an essential part of learning more deeply and more quickly than has been more of a tool like many tools I have used to repair cars, or perform plumbing, yes I perform it, and it is quite a comedy... and it also enhances my artistic output as well as stimulates my artistic thinking quite a lot.

Until they get a signal out in the woods, I am staying in the city with my Android....lol

Here is the real scoop...

Update: 02-20-2013

What I can say about the Samsung Galaxy S3 on your 4G LTE network and operating on the Android Platform designed by Google is this...technology for efficiency is something I always tout, and you have helped me to be both more efficient and more productive so that I have even more time for thought about new projects and artwork I inspire to create.

The voice recognition is explosive, the camera state of the art, the LCD exquisite, its durability something to be admired, it technology something to behold, etc...and time will change this and evolve until it is even better. I also believe your network is as good as it is because I have stress tested it and it delivers above and beyond what my local hard wired cable company can offer as far as streaming quality with net video, film, music, etc., and I have more easily tethered my equipment wirelessly with less outdated technology to depend upon as well.

I have so far canceled the cable account and see the future for all entertainment needs through your exquisite products, networks, and professional service. I am pleased to be able to utilize such under-appreciated technology right now in my hands today at such incredibly affordable pricing.

Thanks...you have helped both enhance my life and lessen my monthly expenditures. US Cellular can upgrade your life, it has mine.

If you want to make a wise business decision for yourself today, consider this phone and data package on a proven network, such as U.S. Cellular, and purchase the data package which offers unlimited monthly data, and make sure that means that you are truly unlimited.

Secondarily, consider your other technologies present and for imminent future purchases, such as an LCD SMART TV, for example, so that you have full and simple compatibility with a minimum of extra peripheral purchases required.

Properly planning your home's and work's needed technology and understanding how they can and are now designed to work together for maximum production and efficiency for the workload or simply pleasure can maximize time and offer a few dollars back into the budget at the same time.

Waiting today to make a purchase of a smartphone and not fully utilizing it is certainly a waste of time for any business-minded person who values their time and money.

I will continue to update this with more information, but I really do not have one bad thing to say about US Cellular or the Samsung Galaxy S3...a perfect marriage of technology for efficiency!

Is Cancer Creeping Back ~ Bad Dreams? ~ The Verge of Lung Cancer ~ MobiusTripz Lyrics ~ Cancer Kills

I want to sleep real bad, however after last nights dreams of such vivid declarations from my doctors of lymphatic cancer and lung cancer...wake has me for now and ever more, mesmerized...

...and my so long ignored requests to see an endoctrinologist in reality by my medical professionals, oh well, who cares in the end...I am but a deficit!

...and why do I continue accept this treatment?...because it is the best there is...so scoff, as so do I.

...which I have not and so documented...and therefore,...I document my dying days..., where I know within, that science and medicine stares at a humble broken man and scoffs...yet again in my sullen face.

I am always so acceptable of excusing such pathetic medical care today...and finding this the new "norm" , that leaves me as an after thought as I think and most wish....I would die when there is not a dollar sign left in my very eye of life and soul...as I feel this way perceived.

... however to no avail..., no wonder I am wide awake happy with the breath of life at this moment while my dreams seem to close in on my reality...

...which may be the dreams as my eyes have always and finally perceived...

...as my chest hurts, my lymph nodes ache and I still puff away ignorantly.

I know what I need to do, question is.. can I do it?

...smoking may be enjoyable but death and slavery to a chemical...sux!

puff, gag, cough...and never shall I sing again.

Early Symptoms of Lung Cancer

Know the Early Symptoms of Lung Cancer

By , About.com Guide
Updated February 17, 2012
About.com Health's Disease and Condition content is reviewed by the Medical Review Board
What are the early symptoms of lung cancer? We know that the survival rate from lung cancer is better the earlier it is caught. The 60% to 80% 5-year survival rate with stage 1 lung cancer drops to a saddening 10% with stage 4 disease, yet nearly half of people have progressed to this advanced stage at the time of diagnosis. What are the early symptoms of lung cancer that you should be on the lookout for?
Keep in mind that understanding the early symptoms of lung cancer is important for non-smokers as well as smokers. At present, 50% of people who develop lung cancer are former smokers, and 15% have never smoked.

A Cough That Doesn’t Go Away

Many people dismiss or adapt to a chronic cough, attributing it to something else. Perhaps it is allergies, a “leftover” cough following a cold, or dry air during the winter months. But a cough that lasts more than a few weeks can be a sign of something else. A chronic cough as an early symptom of lung cancer is even easier to miss if you have a condition that predisposes you to coughing, such as asthmaCOPDallergies, or gastroesophageal refluxCoughing up blood(hemoptysis) is a common symptom of lung cancer, but can be fairly subtle and you may notice only a small amount of blood tinged phlegm when you cough. If you experience a persistent cough, check with your doctor, and ask for a second opinion if you don’t get a clear answer.

Shortness of Breath With Activity

Another common early symptom of lung cancer is shortness of breath that you only notice with activity. This can be overlooked and blamed on getting older, being out-of-shape, or perhaps due to those few extra pounds you've gained. If you notice that you are hesitant to take that hike, become winded with sexual activity, or blame the humidity for making it more difficult to breathe, make an appointment to talk to your doctor.

Pain or Aching in Your Shoulder, Back, Chest, or Arm

Lung cancers may press on nerves, resulting in pain in your shoulder, chest, back, or an arm -- even before they cause a cough or difficulty breathing. If you notice pain in one of these areas of the body that doesn’t seem to be related to an injury (or even if it is but persists), consult your physician. Up to 50% of people with lung cancer have some chest or shoulder pain at the time of diagnosis, especially pain that increases with coughing and breathing.

Repeated Infections Such as Bronchitis and Pneumonia

It’s not uncommon for someone to discover that they have lung cancer after being treated for repeated episodes of bronchitis or pneumonia. If a tumor is located near an airway, it can cause an obstruction that predisposes you to these infections. If you have had a few episodes of bronchitis or pneumonia, talk to your doctor. Repeated infections could be due to persistent smoking or a condition such as COPD, but they could also be an early symptom of lung cancer.

Any Abnormal Symptoms or a General Decline in Health

If you note any symptoms which are unusual for you, it is important to check with you doctor, especially if you have a history of smoking. Seemingly unrelated symptoms, such as knee pain, may be an early symptom of lung cancer. General symptoms, such as fatigue, decreased appetite, or even depression should prompt you to seek a physicians guidance, too.
With lung cancer now the leading cause of cancer deaths for both men and women in the United States, it is important to be aware of any early symptoms. That said, 25% of people have no symptoms at the time of diagnosis, and lung cancer is discovered incidentally when a chest x-ray or CT scan is done for an unrelated reason. CT screening for lung cancer is being evaluated, but it raises other issues that need to be considered. Hopefully, a test will be developed in the near future that will allow us to screen for lung cancer as we are now able to screen for some other cancers.

yeah...I think I am am so there...smoking tobacco sux!...do you get it?

Class Clown !, ... Lyrical Poetic Post from FB...funny FB post ~ 07-09-2012 ~ Shakespeare Quote

class clown, I am down, better then a frown, pound for pound... can't ever keep me down...

smart when applied, i never lied, my sight of the future sky, let's together fly...
I am always true to each of you, through and through...

skills tested over and over again, at 44 still honing in, life has no pretend, the weak and meek i will always defend...

always I am simply aimlessly still honing in,
never perfect lost in this sin,
you think i just may be trippin again,
listen and recall your own Shakespeare~ian pretend!

i am just playing stupid and paying attention, both...
all along my own watch tower show.

laughs and friends,
logical never pretend,
skills to always defend,
on guard, my hand or even ear always to lend.

to be where nothing exists but now but futures root,
you forget about having no or little loot,
and dig deeper then death increasingly beckoning you,
to breathe again with today's chosen few.

lifted up in a moments notice,
wiser like the light illuminated from, by ,and for, the lotus,
wisdom flowing beams, a knowledge of plethoral focus,
find peace now quick, follow not the trails of ruckus.

survive together, forget egotism and politicalcynicism,
and sometimes most often wasteful ineffective ineffiecient activism,
dive into where the difference roots passive with passionism,
create new words, art, life, glow and grow in futurevision.

the only way that intelligence advances is by positive mutation,
it is time to turn into a positive mutation advancing nation,
simply by appreciating this simple moment of life's creation,
always bound in the fabric of time now, my forever cloud station.

but still...

even after so much insanity?

"To sleep: perchance to dream: aye, there's the rub;
for in the sleep of death what dreams may come.
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
must give us pause."

William Shakespeare (Hamlet)

All of My Days ~ Lyrics ~ MobiusTripz

If all of my days simply faded away into eternity,
I hope to meet your true love, the you in me,
please shed away all you're enmity,
accept all the man which is all I can at a moment ever be.

Cast me not down upon a crown of thorns,
hoist me not high on crucifix I warn,
any one can choose to wear the chosen horns,
but judge me not lest ye be judged, so scoff and scorn.

Chorus:

Because my Father was, therefore I am!
Our family came to Freedom's land,
I will make a dying statement and always if need be for Freedom stand,
reverberating conscience echos man's new righteous plan at hand.

peace...with knowledge and power!

Prejudice is trounced cast evil out with a ruling fist,
sickens me atrocities when I think of it,
videos live at times on the net and a constant rewind sinsick twist,
how do we justify a way to not be the cause of it?

Greed and true destiny should surely never blend,
Tired of the shit that I am living in, this house of sin,
I reach with helping hands, nobody watching or listening,
Dylan's watchtower view which Jimi played will resonate forever glistening.

Chorus:

Because my Father was, therefore I am!
Our family came to freedom's land,
I will make a dying statement and if need be for Freedom stand,
reverberating conscience echos man's new plan at hand.

Truly men amoung us till the farms and dig the ground,
musical history lessons like Ratt singing round and round,
and Rush as we, on a stage and all of we are merely players,
reverberating Shakespeare yet again, so eloquent his sound.

goes centuries round and round...

Zeppelin said there will be no place to go,
the facts are true fascinating spinning vertigo,
I try to find the most natural musical friendly flow,
this fucking life is often a tricky ass road.

Chorus:

Because my Father was, therefore I am!
Our family came to freedom's land,
I will make a dying statement and need be for Freedom stand,
reverberating conscience echos man's new plan at hand.

At what whimsical act do you choose fate over destiny?
Why is it often open eyes cannot see?
Our shared root is common bond in our family tree,
Colors, experiences, fate, DNA, destiny, a marvelous gift tapestry.

I can never escape the friendly common likes of me,
birds of a feather flocking together artistic and free,
trading guitars with close friends writing new musical destinies,
playing ensembles in real time together wild and free.

Music shall never be a controlled destiny, the perfect art mixed,
with the other shades of finer and lesser art blended too, never nixed,
understand and never keep the mind befuddled bound and betwixt,
All of My Days sorting, making the best with each of you, my life, all of it,

I thank you each for this gift.

Herbal Infusion ~ Turmeric, Ginger, Dandelion Root, Mint or Spearmint Infusion Recipe and My Experience

Herbal Infusion ~ Turmeric, Ginger, Dandelion Root, Mint or Spearmint Infusion Recipe and My Experience

Breafast for the morning was a salad consisting of dandelion and radish greens tossed together and complimented by half an onion, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro and lime juice.

To prepare my health infusion brew I have been experimenting with, I boiled for 10 mins, 1tspn turmeric, 1 tspn ginger, 2 small dandelion roots and mint an entire sprig of fresh mint from my yard, where I picked the greens too.

I usually use honey and lemon to sweeten the sometime bitter taste, however the dandelion roots are rather sweet and lemony and made for a fine substitute or alternative and taste equally well.

The mint gave my infusion a very dark warm reddish color. Very similar to sassafras tea, another favorite from the local woods.

This infusion I drank for health and sustenance and it's excellent organ cleansing properties and anti inflammatory properties, not to mention it tasted quite incredible after the taste is finally or quickly acquired.

I have been drinking the basic turmeric and ginger recipes for about a month, and I have had to take only 3 motrins 800mg for that entire time, quite a change.

I have taken no muscle relaxers either, which I want to avoid like all other phramaceuticals whenever possible.

The pain reduction and inflammation issues, for myself as observed, are usually started within 30 minutes and and one 4 cups of this infusion drank within 30 minutes for me typically lasts all day.

The further studying of these ingredients over the last decade has been eye opening and my body responds well with no apparent adverse side effects and results of taking fewer and fewer synthetic treatments with their so varied and troubling side effects that seem to be the causation of many other issues with the passage of time and regular use.

The greens are easy to grow, healthy and rewarding from the aspects of cultivating, caring for, gardening, harvesting, preparing, and consuming, and all with their compliments to good health, as long as you do not mind morphing slightly into the appearance of a rabbit....hope you got a laugh!

I am an absolute advocate for regular doctor visits and checkups, etc., however, I also take what I personally hear with a particular stubborn grain of salt that I am, and study deeply any diagnosis at great sites like Mayo's, Harvard's medical site, or even the CDC for examples, all having great information backed with studies and professional observations on nearly any disease.

I then seek the herbal alternative to any prescribed drug (paying ever fanatical particular attention to interactions with other medicines and especially the herbal ones I am taking) and seek that which is growing naturally in my area as well as abundant and legally able to be harvested. I then learn about the botanical properties (fun as well, like boy scouts of yester-year) and sometimes this includes a hike with neither being the primary purpose of the other but rather a reward for the mission of health once again, as a walk or hike is for my prosperity.

Taking pictures on the way is just another added benefit.

The perfect days to me are like all of this and they flow without worries at all, I just wish to have increasingly more days such as these, time and health permitting, and hope everyone else does as well. :)

My lucky lady Layla...woof, woof, my best pal and hiking companion always in tow. (actually I am the one in tow!)

I only wanted to share with my pals that of which so many have been through so much difficulties lately and shared with me, one of my solutions to hopeful healthful longevity and continued healing while reducing the stressors I can control in life, and feebly accepting that which happens and I therefore must.

I am truly hoping you are each well and even if we miss one another here or on the phone, you are in my thoughts and well wishing wishing well thoughts as I hope to be in yours.

Thanks for sharing this journey together.

...anyone else using any herbal remedies regularly or reading up on it???

adios amigos, time for an infusion refill...ciao!

Cumberland, Maryland mass transit solution for the long term, stimulus money available, ELECTRIC BUS, ALLEGANY COUNTY TRANSIT, POLITICS

http://www.wired.com/autopia/2010/09/proterra-ecoride-foothill-transit/

small quote...from above article...

"According to Proterra, despite its high purchase price the $1 million BE35 can save transit authorities $300,000 in total lifetime operating expenses, not to mention a 400 percent improvement in fuel economy."

interesting...

This looks like a smart way to save money on the long term for local transit systems while at the same time becoming more efficient at every level.

This would leave a long run budget surplus in transportation that would help our local situation currently being examined.

Our local system always had budgeting issues, which now are making for recommended changes to our local fares and routes, which will effect the ridership if imposed, and can always also threaten job security in the future.

The cabs are often cheaper and quicker for a local city trip.

The routes some of our buses follow are often such a huge loop that the overall ride is not worth the time needed to make the trip, and often the route is only run by a single bus and in a single direction over many miles = not just some smart "city" loops hitting the highlighted most visited spots.

The fares are not congruent to the service offered from my perspective, and if the routes were better and reasonably priced, a bus would often make sense even when I have a car at my disposal.

If you ever ski in Colorado, most towns have free shuttles, as well as great tourism. For example, Avon, Co.

We are locally no Avon, but I can see where certain attributes of that city could be examined and useful on a local level here.

Can we offer them (electric buses) with our bus service if we were to qualify for stimulus monies now and use those funds to upgrade our transportation?

Gas (natural) is rapidly declining in price so quick there have had to be a few moratoriums placed on new drilling.

This abundant supply of natural gas can easily be utilized for clean inexpensive electricity generation, and these buses can utilize that advancement.

I would certainly prefer cleaner transportation that saves money and becomes the norm over our accepted overly dependent pricey buses we use today.

Perhaps these options are or have been explored on a local level, however I never see it reported.

The stimulus funds offered by the Federal Government are here to help us upgrade infrastructure and see the gains of long term savings complimented with cleaner more efficient use of our resources.

Once again, as it appears to me, some of our local leaders are too often NOT looking for solutions that really have long term and long lasting effects.

Better buses, a way to obtain them, a way to save budget money (money that can be repaid to the feds and should be over the long term), and the start of a better foothold in the marketplace thus driving the bus prices down overall when production is cranked up.

Which will also add a few jobs to industry.

I am simply just examining some long term solutions to some financial/eco friendly issues that effect all of us in every community across the country.

I am seeking answers and suggestions that are much more efficient then the proverbial band-aid solutions we all to often accept as the only solutions, that in turn eventually continue to perplex some folks with the same issues often being re-examined, where instead, a proper move in the right direction that is a long term solution provides that time can and may be better utilized elsewhere, solving other issues.

If we as a small city embrace some of these newer technologies, we upgrade the city, it becomes even more attractive, and above all it says that we are being responsible and thinking far ahead.

That to me is the type of city we can and are becoming, however I only hope more quickly as opposed to less quickly, of course.

Education is another key I see that must be addressed for the long term as well.

We are hoping to draw a large college (perhaps the University of Maryland, for example) into our area.

I have suggested an Engineering Campus for Cumberland, Maryland, and have offered my help and my esteemed friend(s) help.

One such man is a 38 year tenured professor from Howard University (this was his suggestion to me months ago when I posed a question to him at MathCounts). He got his Phd. from M.I.T.

Another friend from childhood is with N.A.S.A., and offered to critically review any proposition, for free!

I have other friends I have spoken to as well, that have given sound advice from decades of work in their respective professions and resumes that are quite astonishing.

I hope to be of assistance on a local level and be of service to a community that has been so very good to me.

To see suffering, and to live through it personally, I do not give up. I want to see change and I study quite a bit, read way too much, and just want to see positive changes that make sense for all and leave no one out.

I have several years of management experience, marketing experience, some political experience in small organizations, and I have been published here and there.

I have asked to be appointed to the local Cumberland, Maryland, Economic Development Commission and requested this in writing.

No matter that particular outcome, I will continue to look for and share with the few that care to listen, ways I can help this city save money for the short and long term as well as promote the area, build a better business tax base, and have less long term budgeting issues that are ultimately and currently stressful to our citizens and local economy.

The changes we make today pave the highway for the future generations so that this may never be repeated, as we become more technologically advance, employed better, and become more efficient?

Has anyone in our city looked into these available funds and ran logistics for short and long term operational costs?

Just another thought I hope to share to stimulate promotion for the city I love and hope we can all come closer together to be a powerful catalyst for advancement.

...any thoughts?
