Spoiler Party Introduction

Given everything that has happened would you vote for Bernie Sanders right now today if it was election day.

If his name was on the ticket and you knew he had a real chance of winning would you vote for him?

Would you vote for Bernie Sanders and demand that he run for president as the candidates of the spoiler party? And that he was offered this candidacy because he met certain criteria and the General Public demanded that he be on that presidential ticket because of such unscrupulous Behavior of both candidates of the major parties.

Would you vote for Bernie Sanders and helped revolutionize politics in the United States of America today to preserve power standing in the world and to provide an atmosphere and a stability so that we can get along with other countries while we rebuild from the inside where we will flourish once again and have plenty to offer others and so from the inside and out eventually and with love instead of bombs?

We can be tough but it doesn't mean we need to be tough. We can offer love but we can deliver bombs. We can vote for one of these two candidates that truly have a chance where no others really do and therefore don't count or we can just forget our duty as a citizen which most in the world don't even have as we are just a select few that have this incredible power of representation of the self in a true and working manner,... So we could choose to perhaps not vote and what what do we deny our country? Or can we have a new party right now that I am founding with my words and thought to revolutionize the way politics is done in United States?

The spoiler party can only exist upon the failures of the other two parties combined. The party only exists because of the other parties failures., Plain and simple. It illustrates a country at a Crossroads of great change where we are about to Launch with great energy in a New Direction and where I guarantee you business is going to Boom for the next 16 years like the United States hasn't seen since its greatest Boon of all time.

We are about to rebuild this country and take care of things at home in a way we never have and we are going to do it while we restore our integrity and we keep Law and Order and we respect civility and it goes without saying that all citizens will be respected due to their individual rights and that those things should not even be a discussion ever of public persuasion, as they are only for private eyes that the individuals so select as peers, personal peers.

Of importance for the generation of my age and I am 48 we have upon us the largest retirement generation ever and a shortage of massive proportions of medical professionals. Who will care for our elderly? For those looking for jobs there are plenty in that field. It is a sad predicament and we must learn very quickly to become much more graceful in those regards because all I have seen has been despicable and situations that steal one's respect and as a human being that is the one thing you would like to keep with integrity at the end. So again, I asked you who will care for our elderly? And don't be tricked one goddamned bit by all of what has become today of hospice. I am going to rename it matter and hospice and it is about money so we're going to clean a new phrase for it and it will be about being greedy and making money off of our beautiful dying generation of loved ones and I find the ACT Despicable Me I saw and observed abuse is within and it's not legal situations their moral situations in until you walk through them in your own shoes and I beg and pray of nobody to ever have to go through these things, but until then and only then will you truly understand. These systems are inefficient and based on Greed and they do no service to our elderly which is the most important aspect and secondarily they are a greater burden to our tax system than they need to be because they are poorly run and overseen and we must fill this shortage of medical professionals immediately. People don't understand that sometimes we give citizenship to those that fill needs and that is how our country has always grown and been built because we are able to accept of the cream of the crop and they come here to work and they come here to offer us all a better way of life and we need to quit being ignorant of that which we all come from one way or another and lest we forget we are each related proven Now by science.

There are very serious issues to deal with but we need to grow a larger Army and more money needs to be spent on defense but only so that we definitely have a great Army to defend our country and we set the finest example for history and we live through the most peaceful of times with that being our greatest Victory and fighting only ever being declared a failure. We need a philosophical paradigm shift and we need an image change in the international spotlight and it is indeed the spotlight we need to be out of and step aside for a while and start doing the right thing and get away from that which steals the soul. We all feel the same way about certain situations and we all know the right answers and we just need to exercise those things it's as simple as that. We all know when we are near the negative. We live in a great day and age of accountability and we need to be good to one another and I know I am terrible at times and I pray more than I can write here right now.

It's amazing when I see my blog writing all repeat itself underlined and run like it's Scrolls before my eyes like it's being magically typed all by itself and I know immediately that Elsewhere on a server and probably with access on a screen to somebody's eyes my words and my thoughts are being stolen verbatim and they have been for a very long time and I know this to be fact and have for a very long time and the great thing I can report is that it has gone to the most wonderful of you and that gives me great respect for certain intangibles that exists all around all of us that many might refer to as guardian angels and I just have to say that they exist trust me. I grew up with a father who is in fantastic example of a guardian angel and our country is full of them and they are quiet and humble and they are Vigilant and they are amongst us scattered more easily than ever but gathered where they are supposed to be and they are coming home although it is their duty to be in training in other parts of the world as well as training other soldiers in this world offering the best and learning new tactics and techniques themselves. The Art of War is a reality which matters not if you like it or not.

My point is there are great issues that need to be addressed in the military and defense is one of those as well as education as well as taxes as well as drug abuse as well as of the FDA as well as the IRS as well as the review of most federal agencies and somehow we are focused on issues that I don't want to say that they do not matter because that would be very untruthful and hateful because the truth is they absolutely do matter and they are great and grave as use of social concern most often. But as far as being issues of a countries of great prominences greatest concerns about how they are to build infrastructure and promote a stronger and stronger economy most often issues as I mentioned above don't fall into those types of categories and therefore shouldn't even be discussed on or in a national Spotlight if all of that flows and makes sense to you properly.

We really do have a lot of different let's just call them channels of information coming at us twenty-four hours a day if we're plugged in. They can be our phone and our TV and our radio and our car or what have you.

Would you vote for Bernie Sanders right now today if he was on the ticket with the other candidates that are available right now? Is that possible that we just had him under a new party so that we can focus on the issues and not all the blah blah blah like my writing that wastes so much time here?

Would you vote for Bernie Sanders or do you want to put up with more blah blah blah because right now we don't have anything worthwhile to vote for you're the only hope is to stick with the party that's been in charge and has already made progress in certain directions otherwise we're just going to fall to pieces after we are robbed blind first of all.

Spoiler Party ~ Part 2

So again for the candidate to step up to the public and say that he claims this position as the candidate for the spoiler party and then he will have to pick this 10 employees and to grow the organization from there and it would have to dissolve at the end of its cycle as well which would have a more defined timing as this becomes more organized.

The candid it would again address the public through different media sources and by making statements on a website and things of that nature that it claims this candidacy by meeting all of the criteria outlined by the party and those criteria would become more outlined and enumerated and very plain and simple English as this evolves. I again suggest the structure stay simple and that this candidacy and organization be a non-profit and appear and dissolve as dictated by definition with no other form ever being acceptable by law of the organization itself. By establishing our own organizational law early on we will make sure that our employees, which of course are afforded every single right of every citizen of the United States with 100% respect all of the time comma would have its own laws that of course could never exceed federal law as that is illegal butt would be Lowe's that would establish certain criteria within the organization that must be followed just as would be the case and will be the case as a nonprofit organization as this will be each time it's becomes established once again. If there are funds left over for a trickle through cycle it would be allowed only to maintain a website and always under any conditions at any time no matter what at least a board of directors of 12 that could communicate digitally and vote through strict digital standards for there to be established. I, John Stephen Swygert, and the founder of this party and I want to appoint Bernie Sanders as its candidate because there is a huge void in the United States of America and it needs to be filled and there is a perfect set of circumstances right now for a candidate to be a spoiler and take this election exactly as he deserves.

This might sound silly and kind of backwards at first but whatever the criteria are for this organization Bernie Sanders automatically meets them and those criteria should be designed around him and this situation exactly as it is now and I will further scrutinise and suggest those criteria and one day the first Board of 12 Board of director members and the candidate who will have a vote and be the 13th of number will be able to vote these criteria into organizational law and future candidates would have to meet each and every criteria with no less than + 80% correlation to this criteria, simply meaning they met 80% of the criteria. We might say the board could vote that to be anywhere from 70 to 90% so that they can fine-tune it as needed but with a logical and rational explanation that would have to be explained with a written statement exactly as Supreme Court Justices practice. Otherwise it is simply 80% and is suggested it stay there unless there is an emergency hearing for the board of directors to vote and change this on an emergency basis to preserve the Integrity of the candidacy of the spoiler party. We, the general public, also demand that Bernie Sanders be invited to the next presidential debate. We the General Public the people also demand that Bernie Sanders be the candidate for the spoiler party and that his name be placed on the ticket and we will meet there specifications to make that a reality.

Those funds would be donated directly towards that and whatever Federal program would directly spend that money specifically and only on that topic and nothing else and if it did not meet that specific criteria then the next organization would be scrutinized to see if they could receive the funds. The funding is offered as much as the examinations of facilities and the science allow just as with any other type of funding to make sure that the promises to offer it can be delivered one day and that we all may grow on the path that we work collectively on and chords for a better future for all. That already starts to get too argumentative and would be exactly what I would want to avoid it may only leave that here as an example as much as it is heartfelt it is best a place to stay away in politics , lest yourself be spiritually trampled by so many others incensed now with Wicked words upon their tongues.

What I hope everybody understands and what I close with is that we have 1 party being led by an unscrupulous person at the minimum and another party who's candidacy has been hijacked essentially as they claim and then a third and weakest party as far as parties really truly recognized, that really can't be the spoiler because they're not that powerful comma yet under the circumstances today we have an incredible opportunity to have a spoiler party and we always can but most especially when all of a sudden there could be a death perhaps or just some type of absolute insane type of controversy.

In closing, I have written this completely off the top of my head and I pray that it takes flight for real. Politics in the United States of America needs to be revolutionized !!!

Spoiler Party ~ Part 1

I think we need to have an additional party this election cycle and I think that party will have to be named the "Spoiler" party.

The reason I chose this name is because of the discontent right now with the reality of our situation in the United States of America. This would invite a strong candidates back into the race so that of the three parties running the Independent party couldn't hurt the party most like it.

To qualify as a spoiler you would have had to have run and dropped out or not dropped out yet. You previous political affiliation would not matter one single bit. Your previous affiliation of political parties actually will stay the same and with the - spoiler added to show that you were a strong candidate and very likely to take an election because of questionable considerations by one or more candidates in the presidential race that put our country in grave Danger.

Bernie Sanders should run on the spoiler ticket and when this presidential election. To qualify you would also have to have one of the parties approval either by vocal backing of you as a candidate on the spoiler ticket or buy not supporting the candidate nominated by their party. Please criteria have to be met to be a spoiler otherwise what this party stands for will not work.

There would be no money spent advertising at all or lobbying at all for this party we would all be directly as a result because of the failures of the other parties through such things as debate appearances, personal attacks through advertising or in person even on the air during a debate. My point is to be the nominee for the spoiler party absolutely no money is allowed to be spent by this party whatsoever in any way shape or form. Their victories result because of other parties failures and wasted money that could have been used better. 1 ideal here is the value of money in this party and how important it is that every single dollar be properly accounted for and the promise of the most modern of Technology alongside men promising a proper accounting for all of the public to see at any time exactly how funds are spent and the transparency project that the spoiler party will be has been inspired to sponsor which will be our budget on line above in real time as best possible with the knowledge that the government offers the public today and perhaps that tool can be used with a scrutinizing public sigh to save dollars and shift funds where needed and always make sure we're not buying million-dollar hammers that are $8 at the hardware store. I think you understand the gist of what I'm saying with and this is a proper name and title project transparency, it would be a real-time budget that the public can analyze so that the funds of the United States of America in the way we spend our money and what our banking philosophy is at any given moment and what logic and reasoning lies behind that given moment philosophy is and we would also wants to better understand the logistics and projections forward based on all data sets from past experience available.

Project Transparency and The Spoiler Party who would not be allowed to be claimed by any candidate until three months before the day of election.

This candidate would need to be sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States and its Bill of Rights as well as defend this country against any threat foreign or domestic. This would be aired live over NE and every access point to the media Possible Be public or private with public invitation to broadcast for free at any given time and promoted.

The party would only be allowed to have a volunteer staff of 10 people and of course as much Secret Service as the government would offer. There would be set salaries voted on yearly by board members and board members would consist of only past select people that served under this presidency comma yet to be determined. They would be life members but the newest person serving in their position would hold that vote in the event of a death with the eldest always carrying the 31st if there is three four or five generations let's say which would be unlikely but possible and always the eldest would have the vote only unless you wanted to pass.

Only donations would be accepted to run operations and operations would consist only of travel and paying the staff of 10 people and promotion is not allowed in the budget or a part of how this party operates because we already know that people understand what this party is and that we will be written about so that you can study it very carefully.

This party would respect the privacy of the individual but would suggest strongly due to the parties belief of transparency that this candidate would one offer their taxes for the last decade before this date including the current tax filing and secondarily but in a physical and a medical history review by a panel of doctors selected by the 12 senior board of directors and current president and it being suggested these findings be shared only online for all of the public to see and not allowed to be printed because of this suggested we preserve our resources and be better stewards to our beautiful mother earth our host planet.

I would suggest these things as the founder to the spoiler party and I might add to it a little bit but I would keep most of it extremely simple and this party would appear in elections where it was appropriate by definition and by definition it would not be allowed to exist during other Cycles. If it was to run during a cycle where it did not fit the profile it would simply be stealing votes and could be utilized manipulative Lee so that a candidate can win and that is why because of definition it would not allowed to be able to exist.

What is important is that this party cannot be manipulated and that this party only exist again because of definition and from that meeting the circumstances that arise and dictate that it can indeed exist and when it does that spoiler candidate has to

It's common knowledge we have two major parties one being called the Democratic party and the other being called the Republican Party. The third strongest party of recent history is the Independent party and it is powerful in its own right because the votes that it gets can be the votes that the losing candidate could have one with most often.

Today we have an opportunist as the nominee for the Republican party and many Republicans that do not recognize him as their nomination. The fact is that there is discontent amongst the Republicans and the nominee. That is an indisputable fact of this election cycle that needs to be noted for history. Less than two months away from the actual election in November the day we actually vote, there have been recent defections for this nominee.

The other nominee has lived in the White House and has been a politician for most of a lifetime and for over three decades represented her party butt has consistently throughout an entire lifetime been involved with in the least unscrupulous situations and most often very very questionably criminal and often with millions of dollars spent investigating these situations regardless of their outcomes. When we have unscrupulous politicians the taxpayers will pay exorbitant amounts of money too often solve nothing.

The Independent party strength comes in the form of a strange predicament where typically the votes they receive are votes that the losing candidate could have won the election with. Often times the independent and the losing Hardy are very close to being similar with their points of view and almost seemed as if they would be a natural pair to run together and set their differences aside meaning one be the president and the other the vice president on the major parties tickets thus gaining the independence vote and the parties Foods and then the actual presidency on Election Day. Everybody looks for a perfect fit when they're running for president and vice president because there's so much media involved and it looks are important today but what is important is a Formula that will win and I just outlined that for the Republican Party.

This election cycle after 8 years of Obama I still wait for the other foot to drop with either a tragedy or some absolutely incredible Earth shattering scandalous news on top of the already scandalous news we've heard and I expect Bernie Sanders to still be in this race. I have expected that he will indeed replace Hillary Clinton however it might be smart to make a 4th party now and declare him on the ticket for that 4th party and I offered you the name above and I chose that name because of the conditions I have outlined here within when we have opportunists and criminals as our only candidates to vote for or a very valid looking candidate only because this person hasn't been attacked like the other candidates and they haven't spent the time nor money to do so because it's an impossibility for this candidate to win, but as I said this candidate has great power. If the Democrats are wise they say that if you don't like that Republican candidate and you sure don't agree with us then we really suggest you vote independent and that's exactly what you're looking for and that's why we have that party. I vote for that Independent party is a vote for the Democrats and if they know it they will be wise and use that over and over again. That makes that a no win for the Republican Party and less as I outlined within they follow my path, or something very persuasively clothes like this suggestion, the standing independent Party candidate steps down and no longer runs on the ticket but endorses the other parties vice presidency choice having passed on that offer themselves and is stepping out of the race to show how much they endorse that candidate knowing that these votes are the votes that dictate Victory or defeat.

The problem this election cycle is we have the opportunist heading one party with many of that party's leadership not endorsing this particular candidate. What on earth does that mean for the American people? Will there be a recall of the presidential election because the candidate elected did not stand for the party platform that he was elected on? Is it possible to have a presidential election recall?

So what name would you name a 4th party? This party would only run when in this type of situation?

I own a piece of property in Pittsburgh... so, I am on Google Earth and I'm going down the street towards all the sporting fields and I see this gentleman on the sidewalk. He's obviously looking at the Google Earth car that's going by... or whatever it is... could be a drone at this height... and you can see its shadow cast there on the street and on the sidewalk just before him. Well, I just thought it was creepy and then kind of cool too and I had to share it. There is a picture of my old house down on the bottom,...kind of small and then this picture here is actually on Rhine Street in Pittsburgh. 

Google Earth seems to be very good about blocking license plates and faces but I'll tell you one thing,... they can see much further than they're leading on here and some of this can be actually done in real time also from networked cameras that stream in real time 24/7. Think Law Enforcement. 

This is really quite amazing when you think about how long ago it was with this technology didn't even exist.

Reality does start getting science fiction like indeed in The Minority Report type of a movie seems so much more likely in life all of a sudden, and to answer that one question yes it capitalized a title above so that other phrase I used must be a title recognized well and accredited to somebody. And so then what of word and who owns it? I know all about plagiarism and the law but are not things getting redefined daily? Just because you're not aware of it doesn't mean it's not happening somewhere.

I turn different channels on might be PBS or could be CNN or different channels on sling or something I watch on YouTube and it's almost like peering into a million different universes how many different perspectives there are present right now. All I can say is you better be a calm and peaceful and civilized presence or else.

It's all just mathematics there's going to be a certain amount of people that become ill when there's going to be a certain amount of people that leave earlier then the others that are fortunate enough to stick around and live long lives, and there's always going to be an ebb and flow and there's always going to be equilibrium and there's always going to be these certain types of constants present but the most incredible of these constants truly have stayed constant for epic periods of time.

It's also statistically 100% impossible to avoid the assholes in life but through science we have to have vision and look ahead and try to steer clear of the bullshit in our way and so may you use the math in your favor.

This is simply lyrically brilliant, a dichotomously prophetic progressive take on an incredibly worthy "Beatles like" ballad... where, I will argue ...and you read it here first... that this is absolutely where Scott Weiland is at an incredible peak with his powerful voice. He has always had an incredibly powerful voice, but  here...is balance & maturity & wisdom & a type of artistic beauty that you can only find through experience. He would indeed fall from lofty heights when compared to his own previous highs while setting the bar in rock music.

I get the deep feeling that he felt far away and disconnected from everybody else around him and like he did not fit in. He exemplifies, "Black Sheep Syndrome", shy yet extroverted, deep and shallow, and I think it killed him in the end, this constant clashing of confusing conditions.  Sometimes prophecy is nothing more than self fulfilled, so don't be fooled.

Drugs stop you here. Dead in your tracks you scream for help to the nothingnes of deafness.

No doubt drugs and alcohol, and I only distinguish them so that someone cannot say that I left one of them out, will defeat anyone  in short order, & the body is already in a fight where it starts to defeat itself because the telomeres on the end of our DNA strands are shorter & shorter with each cellular life cycle.

2016 was a tough year but this guy never got the credit he deserved. He fell from Grace earlier than most this year and because of his storied past and criminal history due to that storied past of drug use and a parent abuse he was just glossed over almost as if he was insignificant. His story should be one of great testimony to have difficult it is to overcome the power of addiction and that money, Fortune as we call it, and they do not save anybody and in fact May almost promise a certain early death for mini. It's important to have people that manage your money and to manage your life and help to balance this soul and the emotions so that the spirits can have peace and that the physical and mental health and well-being will also strike a balance that resonates with the energies around and therefore positive things can be brought forth and manifested instead of the opposite which in its worst case scenario his death or also Transcendence that of which on the other side we don't quite yet and now but we know all of the ages for eons and before recorded history have wondered exact same thing the voice inside of each has wondered and so you already know that which I do not have to write up anymore. It's an arguable and it is inside of each of us, there is no doubt of that.

Scott's voice had this wonderful ability to absolutely try and send a song, and audience, food, and lives. His ballads were more powerful than most anything out of the eighties and his voice at its peak comparable to anybody in his daughter and indeed would take top honors in most people's opinion as far as a lead singer and having fantastic control over his voice and adding so much into a song and making the songs his and his bands and even at times when playing other people's material they still with his lead singing were able to transcend and make these songs their own while sharing with us.

Scott was able to own guns and roses songs that Velvet Revolver performed and he didn't have to try to prove anything he just assumed the role that a lead singer would end he put his own signature on the songs and they are equally powerful with shuttle differences that are unique to each singers strength.

Scott passed away and nobody really said much and I was in mourning because he is one of my favorite singers next to Axl Rose perhaps, or perhaps I should say more considerately I like him equally to Axl.

I knew Scott looked up to David Bowie. I've looked up to David Bowie - I've looked up to Scott, both for ages (voice recognition said that I hooked up with Scott, if anything else here is askew I apologize & want you to know why). They are 2 artists I have admired for a long time & so it was a "dub kick" in the nutz when Scott passed & then David too. It still truly deeply hurts me because I am an artist to, and it hurts so much it's almost like I lost a family member. I feel that way reading this and saying that now still.

I saw one guy who got no glory nd o saw another guy that would say he, or anybody else, ever deserves  !... because he was that humble.

What's the lesson there that you can learn from that? The beautiful thing about life is that we each have our own perspective and from our own perspective are observed parallel universes where oftentimes the same thing is happening but at other times distinctly different things are happening depending on who reports the events. Scott and David Bowie were on two completely opposite ends of the spectrum in most respects, but both with unequal artistic talent and Scott bestowed with one of the finest of voices rock and roll has ever heard !!!... and thankfully he left a huge volume of material with the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver being his two main gigs as well as other material recorded shortly before his passing with, "Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts".

As we age the volume of our lungs decreases and we lose the power of delivery and that we can most often give and how are voice box for the Lennox can also become damaged and that makes it harder to control the voice and can also affect the range and typically what happens is skills diminish and range is lost along with control being lost to and it becomes increasingly more difficult to sing. There are several factors and when more than one factor start working against a singer it is extremely difficult to remain on the top of your game and most especially if you are a rock and roll singer and you are seeing in a very high octave. It's just natural with age that this is going to work very strongly against your career and the chances are that your voice box, you're their necks as it is properly called, it's not going to be able to age and maintaining the same type of voice as let's say Axel Rose when he was young or Scott Weiland when he was young for example. Sammy Hagar and Steven Tyler are rare examples of exceptional voices well into older age which those guys just seem to constantly defy. Obviously there are exceptions to every rule but don't be fooled very cute maintain that type of power and their voice and even though she got lost a little bit of his incredible voice he still was one of the best friend was only less compared to his own previous higher standards that he helps set for all rock and roll singers from his ear it forward.

One of my favorite quotes that says cheers to excessive drug use is...

"rock and roll is a partation disease" , he the next to make sure everybody realized if it participation disease. So there I think he saw his whole life but that he had the disease of rock and roll and it was full-blown and he was going to continue to participate so much so that participation was no partition. He had that transcended himself once again. Often what the addict is feeling inside and what they believe is their reality is the complete and utter opposite of what an observable audience would see and understand. I think perhaps shares at Ozfest to a degree, start to highlight the beginning of a very hard fall, but hey we all expected it right? Who

The true shame here is that we have all become so desensitized to addiction that we just accepted that Scott was going to die young and so there was less of an effort to try to do anything to save him because he consistently prove that he was only going to continue to do the same things over and over. There are many articles written in the last 2 years about drugs & the music industry & the reason the two resonate together so often... seemingly unavoidable. This guy loves his alternate reality and singing as a rock and roll star allowed this to be a way of life, and sadly death too.(Ozzfest 2005)

Always thankful for the art that remains behind and curiously wondering what it is that we have not heard yet and what nobody will ever heard that could have been. It's not for me to say if he left too soon but it sure feels like he did and for me it hurts just as much as all my other favorite artist that passed this year that number being so high and with more years like this to come I think it's time we all just embrace our cells. I think we should brace ourselves not our cells, but it's funny none the less so maybe we should brace our cells. Lol
